I brought a custom-built pc in for service as I needed the professional touch. Not only did I receive a personalized experience, but I also received updates every step of the way. The price was super reasonable and I now have a working computer. Highly recommend these guys.

Recently I replaced my laptop computer and printer. My expertise was not adequate to make a wise choice out of the many such available. I chose Little Dog Tech and particularly Ed Reynolds due to previous experience and published ratings. Ed Reynolds was very thorough, found a moderate choice, was consistent in follow through whether it was sending quotes, transferring data, installing equipment in my home, and keeping me informed. I must add that I have had several occasions to drop by the business and other personnel have also been helpful. As a home user, it is refreshing that in spite of what must have been a small order, the care, expertise and respect demonstrated is appreciated.

I’ve been using Little Dog for years, but today was amazing!! I brought my father’s laptop in as it had been hacked. Alex jumped right on it and started removing harmful software and checking on files and made sure everything looked ok. Totally made my day with assuring me all was ok. Excellent customer service!!! Super helpful staff, I tried everything to get my Ryzen CPU separated from the heat-sink. I brought it to little dog as a last ditch effort and they had it off in less than 10 minutes. They are passionate about what they do!

Solid knowledge and customer service at a reasonable price!! They were able to run diagnostics and advise on issues in a reasonable time. Ultimately we agreed I needed a new computer and Marc K did an excellent job migrating and configuring to my needs. Unbelievably helpful. I went in with a BitLocker recovery problem (never heard of that before). Marc spent at least 15 minutes telling me what to try to fix it myself. I went home and shortly had it working, thanks to his wisdom! Don't sit and be frustrated when you can't figure things out on your own. Go right to Little Dog Tech!

Brought my new pc in, since it had trouble booting after only a week of being built. They were super nice and helped explain a lot of things I didn't understand too well. Got it fixed for a really nice price and now it runs so much better than it did before it had issues.

I called Littled Dig Tech, had an appointment that day and Ed came to the house. Had printer and scanner issues that Ed fixed, cleaned up my system and made it fir user friendly and while he was he helped sort out issues I was having with my phone. Excellent Service!! Very Knowledgeable. Like having your own IT department! Highly recommend them.

My first experience with Little Dog Tech was fabulous! After buying a new Mac I didn't have time to migrate my data due to moving. A friend recommended Little Dog based on her experience. The staff was professional and knowledgeable. Their timing was perfect and communication great. I highly recommend them and wish I had found them sooner.
