What a nice surprise! We tried to get into the Thai restaurant next door after church and the wait was at least an hour long. So we tried this place out which is right next door! What a nice surprise!! GREAT service and the food was amazing!! Lots of flavor!! Pleasantly surprised by this restaurant!! Nice menu selection of breakfast and lunch entrees! Chips, salad and guacamole--don't pass up your chance to order those as an appetizer! SO good!

This place is incredible! If it were in my town, I would be a consistent regular! EVERYTHING was outstanding - from the salsa to the chips to the eggs to the enchiladas to the service... (except the biscuits & gravy, which were average at best). If you like Mexican food breakfast - beyond the typical "huevos rancheros" then this is your spot! Family owned and run (our waitress said the owner was the one cooking) and it shows the pride one takes in their own business. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

When we travel out of state, we stay away from “Mexican” food to avoid disappointment. This place was recommended by a friend and we were glad we went. My husband’s had the Chipotle Burger and it was yummy. I had the special on the board and it to was fantastic. Service was fast. The place was super busy, but we waited no more than 10 minutes for a table. The wait is worth it. This Texan was happy with this place!

First time trying Juan del Fuego and we were very satisfied. The chicken chilaquiles were amazing (add two over easy eggs!) Mel was our server. She was the sweetest gal with great energy and gave great service; which is hard to come by lately... everywhere you go. We will definitely be a returning customer!

The family surprised me with a brunch outing at Juan del Fuego for Mother’s Day. Mexican food wouldn’t have been my first choice to celebrate but I’m SO glad they knew better. Although we had to wait about 40 min for a table, the food was well worth it. The waitress was super helpful with answering questions and making recommendations based on kids requests. Highly recommend no matter what you’re celebrating!

🍳🥞BEST. OMELETS. EVER.🥞🍳

Whenever I visit Norman, this is my absolute favorite place to eat. Consistently savory. Friendly service. Delicious breakfast every time. Best of all: I get the pleasure of supporting a small business.

Juan del Fuego serves generous portions, with plenty of sides, fillings, and sauces to keep you coming back to try different combinations. I love getting a side of pancakes with my omelet--a little bit of cakey sweetness with a little bit of skillet-greased egg. You can select from a variety of pre-prepared options or create a customized order of your own (I can't ever say no to avocado on mine!). Juan del Fuego is happy to cater to your personal preferences.

Fans of breakfast food, especially: don't drive past this one! It's an absolute hidden gem.

Love this place.
Juan makes the best pancakes ever.
Once I tried his pancakes I can't eat any other ones.
Love the pancakes blueberry & plain.
Fuego fries.
Cheese enchiladas with green sauce.
Juan too makes the best green sauce.
The restaurant is closed Mondays & Tuesdays.
They are only open till 2p when they are open.
Great place for weekdays, weekends any time.
They tend to be busier on the weekends.
They offer a full menu featuring many yummy items.

Family owned and operated. Great food, great service. A place that really feels like they appreciate your business. Great for breakfast or lunch. Santa Fe papas always hit, but everything is good. Check it out and you’ll see what I’m taking about.

Love this place.
I have been dining here for years.
Today is the 2nd time since coronavirus that I actually ate in the restaurant rather than picking up the food.
I dine in before noon.
The diner was not crowded.
Food service from order to table quick.
Very yummy.
They have the best cheese enchiladas & green sauce.
Breakfast & lunch menu.
Open till 2pm.
Have different hours now due to needing a cook.
Note pictures with hours or call.
It's well worth dining in or take out.

It's always packed for a reason. Great inexpensive food. Only complaint coffee is just OK, but the food is top notch. Wonderful staff that work together. Have never seen a bus boy so meticulous at his job to make sure my table was spotless.

I had the enchiladas verdes. Just like it is mentioned, it is Mexican American food, and it was delicious. The chicken was well condimented, as well as the beans and rice.

Juan is the best mexican diner in town. We go here almost every week. Papas con chorizo is my husband's favorite and I usually get veggie enchirito which is flavorful and yummyyy. Their coffee is delicious and their house potatoes which they call fuego potatoes are just awesome with the correct ratio of seasonings..

The food is wonderful and the staff remembers your name, what you like to eat and even where you like to sit! The Hispanic inspired breakfast is best! The only problem I have is eating way too much.

Great diner food with a southwest flair. The burrito is awesome and enchiladas are wonderful. There is a full breakfast menu but I haven't ordered from it yet.

The wait is worth it. Best breakfast place to eat, food was very delicious. The waitress we had was very nice. Now don't go here thinking you want to eat and run, this is not that type of place. Have a little time set aside, enjoy your meal and have a good visit with ever your with. Great autmosphere. I recommend what ever special they have.

This place is one of the best places to eat and all of Norman and that says a lot. Great story great owner. Breakfast Mexican food burgers this place has it all. I highly recommend if you have not tried that you do so. Support locally owned businesses like this. There really is nothing on the menu that is bad. So go by and grab brunch or lunch today.

Cute and cozy little Mexican lunch and breakfast spot. Prepare to wait a little bit because the restaurant is small. But it's definitely worth the wait. The staff is friendly and the food is always good. Pricing is very fair and affordable. The menu has a lot of options. I typically enjoy breakfast from here. The coffee is really good! You can also sit at a bar top and watch the cooks make food. Which I personally enjoy. Definitely give this place a try!
