Best place to get a hot tub! All staff members were extremely pleasant and helpful. Top notch service from sales to installation. We researched 4 other local spa businesses and they were the only ones that offered to set, fill, and thoroughly explain how to use it before leaving our premise. Others would only drop off the tub, leaving the setup to us. This business is 100% recommended for all your spa/hot tub needs!!

Best place to go to for knowledge and hot tub chemicals/supplies!

Purchased a gazebo for our hot tub. Steve, the owner, was hands on with the planning, measuring, and installation, even stopped by a few days later in person to see how we liked it.
We had noticed some residue from the chemicals we were using (from the previous owners - tub came with the house) and he suggested we try a different type - no more residue!

We purchased a Finnleo Sauna from Spa Warehouse, and are extremely happy with all aspects of the purchase! Steve delivered the Spa, and set it up in our home taking great care in doing so. Everyone at Spa Warehouse has gone above and beyond with their outstanding customer service! We highly recommend doing business with Spa Warehouse, as their pricing is great and their customer service can not be beat!!!

Just browsing in the store. Negotiated a great deal on a floor model. They delivered in 3 days. Took away old tub. Even helped us with plywood for our deck which needed reconfigured for new tub. Customer service was awesome from start to finish. Highly recommended! !! Thanks guys! !

These guys are awesome. We got a refurbed hot tub from them. Installation was flawless and when we accidentally set it into economy mode (aka cold) they had us back in action in a 30 second phone call. Greatly appreciate their install, service, and product.

I love this place! The owners are so helpful! We purchased a used hot tub years ago and they’ve kept going for us! Replaced parts once and it’s still running. Purchase all my supplies from them! Great group of employees!!

This is GREAT place for ALL your Hot Tub Supplies. Steve , Jerry and Mike are very knowledgeable and experienced and helpful. I would Highly recommend them to anyone. I've been dealing with them for over 5 yrs. and purchased 2 Hot Tubs there. The 2nd Hot Tub was an upgrade , hence the reason I keep going back !!! GREAT JOB GUYS !!!!

Friends gave us a 20 year old Blue Ridge hot tub last year. Blue Ridge is not longer in business but Jerry and Steve at Spa Warehouse have been awesome at answering my questions and knowing exactly what I am talking about, despite the tub being so old and the manufacturer out of business. They even had a "new" exact replacement topside control for my 20 year old Blue Ridge spa!

I feel like they truly want me to keep my hot tub running as they have never even tried to sell me a newer hot tub. I love that they really know hot tubs and care about their customers.

I have shopped for hot tubs in the entire Tri-state region (Martinsburg, WV; Chambersburg, PA; Hagerstown, MD; Frederick, MD; Greencastle, PA, etc...) and have not found a better spa and hot tub retailer and service outfit in the area. They go the extra mile to help you get what you need and then do all the right things to take care of you after they deliver to your home.
