Awesome business and awesome group of guys! I called in and they quickly gave me my options for batteries in stock for my car.

The two guys I talked to were both super friendly. I got a fast, thorough assessment of my battery that died this morning.

Prices were reasonable, and they had my new battery installed inside of 5 minutes. Will definitely be coming back here for my auto battery needs!

I needed a car battery and an auxiliary battery for the start stop for the same car. I almost didn't call these guys after calling all the auto shops in the area. Not only did these folks have the batteries in stock unlike the auto shops but they also had them so much cheaper that I was able to get my kids a power wheel battery as well and still paid less than what the other two would've cost elsewhere. Great service great price.

I couldn't be more thankful for the gentleman at this location. I thought my battery was dead so I went out to get a new one and come to find out it was my alternator. It was a Saturday and I couldn't find anyone that could get the part and install it same day. So they called their buddy who owns a garage and had arrangements made for the garage to come pick my car up from the battery warehouse parking lot to have it fixed first thing Monday morning. The amount of effort they put in to making sure I was safe and not stranded was beyond any customer service I've ever had. They truly were my angels today. Thank you so very much to this place for being my saviors on a rainy cold weekend.

Super friendly and personable, very fast service, nice prices. They only charged $15 for installation definitely five stars.

In addition to all my usual battery needs, I want to share a story. I work in IT and today a server room UPS battery died. I have very little knowledge since I am not used to dealing with the bigger UPS. But in addition to selling me the batteries I needed, the Battery Warehouse guys helped me install and gave me technical guidance. Really above the call of duty, and I respect that a lot. I could not be more thankful.

Was here this morning and had an amazing experience! My car battery died yesterday and the guy working was so patient and helpful! Not only did he change out my battery free of charge he also provided me a discount! I saved a total of $80 going here vs if i went to the dealership! I definitely recommend Battery warehouse!

In a world where customer service is non existent- it is refreshing to go into this Battery Warehouse and how they take care of you in a timely manner. I had a battery replaced in my truck and there was still some warranty left on the old battery. The gave me a 50% discount off the new one along with a Military discount and I was in and out in 15minutes. This is why I buy my batteries from them - motorcycle - lawn tractor- and truck. Great guys to do business with for sure!

Very helpful staff. Very knowledgeable about their products as well as the industry. I will be getting all of my batteries here from now on. It is refreshing to walk into a place and know that you are going to be treated fairly and professionally. The staff knows their stuff!

Excellent experience, as usual. Well informed staff who give you options, not pushing to sell you the most expensive one.

They tested my battery and confirmed my suspicion that it was time for a replacement. I selected from the several options available, the battery was installed, free of charge, and I was out the door in under 10 minutes. The cost of their batteries is comparable, or less, than most other suppliers. Far less than car dealer prices.

If they happen to not have speciality in stock (they've always had anything I needed), I'm told they can get any type of battery anyone would need.

I needed a battery for a CPAP machine, and contacted Logan at the Hagerstown Battery Warehouse. My wife and I were not knowledgeable about batteries, inverters, and chargers, and Logan took the time to pleasantly explain all of that to us. This was really exceptional service, and we really appreciated his help. It was a great experience.

Always great doing business here. They really take care of their customers. Always there to charge their customers battery when its down and just as helpful when battery needs replaced. If I could leave these guys 10 stars I totally would. Lucas was the man I dealt with and he was fantastic. Answered questions fully, took his time listening to my problems and even had enough concern to advise me that he they repair route I was headed towards was pretty dangerous, potentially losing him a sale. On top of that, when I mentioned the need for a pretty unique battery in our conversation at the end of us discussing my problem at hand he took the time to find out which specific battery it was that I needed and rummaged around to find.

This is a unique and necessary business, one that not many would think of when stepping foot into the entrepreneurial realm. He could hang high prices over our heads because there is a strong demand for these products. But he stays fair and helpful in spite of this fact.

Come here for the customer service and battery quality. You can pull your car up, they will test and replace the battery while you wait. They are always knowledgeable and friendly.

I went to Battery Warehouse to get a battery for my '17 Subaru WRX, because I had a good experience buying a motorcycle battery from them years ago and I try to support local businesses. The employee at the counter was very friendly and helpful, he helped me find a battery for my car and although he said it was a little pricy, the price seemed cheaper then what the national auto part stores were selling a similar battery for. After i purchased the battery another employee installed it for me, he was also very friendly and did a quality installation in a timely manner.
Anyways I would recommend Battery Warehouse to anyone who is looking for ANY kind of battery!
