Excellent customer service! I bought a phone from Cindy and she was very knowledgeable and was able to help me find a phone that was perfect for all my needs and budget. She was able to give me a bundle deal on a case and screen protector and put the screen protector on for me. I was very impressed with the service I received. I also loved the vibe of the store and the sales reps seem to love their job. My new favorite cell phone store and carrier!

Not only is he sexy, but he provided me with excellent service, he got me a deal on two new phones, 3 cases, screen protection and the best plan for 3 to 4 lines car chargers and some other accessories go see him!!

The gentleman that works there was very helpful and help me pick out my Motorola 823 phone. He set it up and got me on my way in a short amount of time.

I came to this Metro store today to upgrade on my phone, I was helped by Joe who told us the best options and deals, got me through the new phone process, was patient and in the end it was a quick simple upgrade thanks to him. I'll be back again when it's time for another.

Joe got my mama's back. She's a senior citizen and this technology has her kind of Twisted sometimes but again Joe who she got the phone from yesterday took the time out to set everything up including her contacts her Google account when she knew none of these things and make sure that she was taken care of like it was his own mom much love out to you Joe.

I came in to buy a phone and the service was great . Joe transferred all my info onto my new phone and even came out to my car to help me pair my phone to my car . Top notch service ! Thanks Joe ! I will be back
