Very nice store with a lot of lovely items! Saleswoman was very nice and spent a lot of time getting items out to show us and making suggestions! will definitely be going back!

Love that they have Pandora charms with the state of Michigan on them. They have a lighthouse one that says Great Lakes the back. Can hardly wait to get the bridge one.

This is a Pandora, or perhaps, an authorized retailer! I wish it was labeled as such on the map so it'd be easier to locate. I was lucky enough to pass by it and stop by, otherwise would have never known. They had Michigan and Mackinaw City charms as well, which they can ship to you as well. These are charms that most Pandora stores have retired, so I highly recommend checking it out if you're in the area and would like a memorable charm from Mackinac!

Very upset, Me and a friend went there so I could get my mom a gift for her birthday. We are younger but still respectable when going into a place like this. Soon as we walk in the lady working gave us a dirty look. She treated us like we were immature kids who were there to break and steal things. When she waited on us she acted like she was doing us a favor. After I had purchased the charm she made a snoody comment to us as we leaving tone and all. NEVER EVER COMING HERE AGAIN. I will tell everyone I know not to go here until I get an apology or more. The thing is she didn't even change her attitude even though I treated her with upmost respect. UNACCEPTABLE!! WORST PANDORA EVER!! (Sorry for the late reply I just seen your message. I can't figure out how to make a separate reply but this occurred May 2nd around 4 pm. Thank you for your apologies!)

Lady at the counter never even lifted her head up from a magazine when we walked in. My mother is a big fan of Pandora charms and we were looking for a gift for her. After spending a few minutes browsing we left. Lady never said a word to us.
Lost sale!
