Such well informed & nice employees. My left arm and hand is parallized. So the nice employee installed my new windshield wipers for me.

I've been deployed in the military since 1999 and came to autozone of Collins, MS trying to figure out how to change out my wiper blades as I have never had to do that before. A tall man named Jerry Pittman went out of his way to not only ring me up with kindness, but also took the time to go out in the rain and teach me how to replace windshield wiper blades. It's people like him that not only make auto zone a "go to" place, he also makes the world a better place. Thank you for outstanding customer service!!!

Excellent store for being in a small town. Any part they don't have in stock they usually get it the very next day. There 2 employees that are actual mechanics. And the others are very knowledgeable in auto parts. Aaron is one of the main managers. He is one of the nicest and helpful people i know. I would recomend this location to everyone.

We were having some serious problems with our vehicle, we stopped by and D and Chris were so helpful. They talked us through what needed to be done, and had the best customer service. 10 out of 10!

This place is okay but the customer service sometimes well most of the time sucks they are so slow it takes them forever sometimes. I have had an employee at one time refused to sell me something which made no sense to me because I thought that's what they were there for. I prefer advanced

Wow, words can not describe how helpful, polite, and caring the staff at Collins Autozone is. Omar worked hard to install the new battery in my Dodge Durango, I was very impressed by his positive attitude and strong work ethic! If you have any auto part needs please stop by and ask for Omar, he will impress you as he did me! Thank you again.

Auto zone COLLINS was very helpful! He knew about the part I needed even though I called in with the wrong part! I’m not sure of his name but I appreciate his help!
