Enterprise in Elk River was great to work with. I wasn't comfortable in the one car. So they brought me another to my work. Thank you to all the staff. You guys are the best.

The staff was very friendly and helpful it was my first time using them and they made it very easy the Gentleman that helped me was amazing and very knowledgeable I would use them again for sure if I ever need another rental.

They came and picked me up after I dropped my car off to get repaired. Rental car was clean, and the service was quick! Thanks

We were very impressed with the service received at Enterprise in Elk River. We received a phone call one day prior to the rental notifying us they would need to do a $200 deposit. We appreciate this confirmation of the policy and rental. When we arrived Sam Tovar was very helpful in going over the options of our rental car. We really appreciate the personalized service we received about the vehicle and policies. It was also the quickest and easy rental car service we have ever received picking up the vehicle and returning it. Sam Tovar was very pleasant and professional. Whenever we need a rental in the future, we will be sure to do business with this location again.

The guys in this location are great at what they do I was in and out within no time. Customer service at its best. If I ever need a rental I'll definitely be going back there.

Had to have work done on my car so I needed a rental. They picked me up at the service station right on time. The young man, Keigan, I think his name was, that drove me over to take care of the paperwork was very friendly, polite, and drove with care. I have never felt safer. When I brought the car back I told the manager the same, so they had him drive me back to get my car. Very pleased. Thanks.

Highly recommend renting a vehicle at this Enterprise location. Customer service was top notch answering all my questions. Vehicles are very nice and pickup/dropoff is a breeze.

Probably the best location ever!! The advisor that was helping me was amazing. He did a walk through explaining the car rental and went out of his way to make sure i was satisfied with my car rental. The cars are clean and top notch. Prices are great. I have used them many times and if there is an issue, (even beyond their control) I have always been compensated with a free upgrade for the next rental. They will even bring the car to you if you need it or pick you up. A very pleasant car rental company to deal with.

I have one comment on the booking process at Enterprise. The person who takes your initial booking is NOT at the office you pick up at and has no idea what is actually available to rent! I was given quotes on a sub compact, small and large suv and when I got to the dealer he told me I was lucky they had just gotten one rental returned or they wouldn't have had anything for me!! The good thing is I got the price for the compact and rented a suv, so it worked out. If they hadn't gotten a return I would have been sol! Not a terrific system! I did have good service at Elk River the first and second time I rented there, however! I will go there again, but would try to call them directly, if possible!

We rented a car online for a road trip. The service we got at the pick up was AMAZING as well as when we returned the car! During this pandemic everything was touch less others then the key exchange and signatures needed. I would certainly use this company again when in need of a rental and I highly recommend anyone else to this company. Thank you!

I've rented from them a few times and they are very friendly and even renting a car in an emergency situation at the last minute gave me a great price for a rental. Highly recommend to anyone.
