Numotion of Panama City worked with me to evaluate and fit me for an insurance-funded Permobil f3 power wheelchair with several helpful features, including seat elevation, recline, tilt and more.

Numotion Customer Care Coordinator was organized and helpful and good about communicating. Numotion technicians were knowledgeable and helpful during the home evaluation and also upon delivery.

The wheelchair was quickly set-up upon delivery and has worked well for the first month at home and around town.

The service I received from Numotion was awesome. They even helped me find assistance to help with co payment.My motor chair was very comfortable. I received it sooner than I expected. They took the time to make sure that I was comfortable operating properly and the upkeep of my power chair. I definitely recommend them.

I love the Numotion service tech’s. They are always very polite and easy going. They listen to my concerns and do their best to meet all of my needs. I only wish Numotion had more tech’s available because it can take a long time to get an appointment.

My experience was professional and compassionate. Every aspect of the evaluation was done with great care to not cause me any discomfort. I understood what and why each part of the evaluation consisted of before it was actually done. My questions were answered. Everything was completed in a timely fashion.

As I was nervous not knowing what to expect. I was quickly made comfortable and more easier talking about my situation.They listened to my concerns.the representative from Numotion was a caring and understanding.

I just received my wheelchair from NuMotion and the experience was amazing from start to finish. NuMotion was there for me each step of the process. They worked with me with all the paperwork, made sure my doctors were aware of the correct way to work with me, set up my appointments for exams and made sure everything was on my schedule. When my chair was ready it was delivered by a knowledgeable NuMotion technician to my home who made sure everything was perfect for me . All my questions were answered so I could use my new chair right away.
I was also encouraged to call NuMotion for any questions or concerns I may have forgotten to address. If you are in need of a wheelchair I highly
recommend NuMotion. I couldn’t be more satisfied with NuMotion and their help to work with me getting my wheelchair.

The delivery was on-time. I like how comfortable the delivery guy made me feel with my new chair by educating me on how to use it and what I can use to transport it. He didn't rush me or over talk me and I love my chair. Thank you so much.
