My grandma done been to 3 different nursing homes on the west bank area and when I say she loves this location! She loves it! Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming they became family literally in such a sort amount of time! Highly recommended

Grandfather was there for 15 months he never complained and loved the food.The nursing staff there was wonderful with him and us. He even made several new friends. The physical therapy dept. was awesome. They even have a wonderful activity dept. My family and I really appreciated the attention given to our love one.

The Entire Staff at Bayside in the Skilled Nursing Section of the Healthcare Facility were Loving, Caring and Very Professional during my Husband's entire stay there. My Daughter and I are especially grateful that even during these non-visitor COVID-19 Times, a Staff Member called us to inform us that his condition had changed and we were allowed to be with him in his Final Hours of Life and the Hospice Nurse told us that we could stay with him until he would be transported to the Funeral Home of our choice. I cannot praise them enough for the Care and Patience they provide Him with. 💜

My grandmother went here for rehab and the entire staff was very friendly!! The guest rooms were spacious and newly renovated!! During her stay the staff became like family they were so kind!! I would recommend to anyone of my family or friends!!

The employees here are wonderful, my grandmother loves it here! Every time I talk to her she tells me how loving the staff is to her . This is definitely the place you would want to send your family too

I have had two long term stays at Bayside and would recommend their skilled nursing svs and rehab svs to anyone in need. The setting is family oriented. 👪

I’m the caregiver to an elderly friend of mine there so I’m only going to opine about what I be seen (and smelled) so far. Lobby is nice (it’s Christmas season) with a Christmas tree and decorations. The common hallway’s carpet is worn and should be either replaced or replaced with hardwood flooring. The odor of something not right (probably human waste) is evident but not strong. The nurses stations have not been manned both times I’ve been there which made it difficult to find him the first time. If I was staying there I’d want to stay in a nicer facility l

It always seems like they were hiding something or not telling you everything. My mom passed away here. No one called and gave their condolences or said anything.
