Came here because Home Depot lost my business due to lack of management and customer service. Here everyone helps annd greets you and they have everything needed.

from outside the area. came here for a few screws for my license plate. even though a perfect solution could not be found, the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Always friendly, well stocked, recommend highly.

Every BHC employee has shown me genuine concern, attentiveness, and gave me their expert efficient assistance by quickly finding me quality products at competitive prices. While it would typically take me an hour to find maybe half of what I seek in confusing big box locations, I have found 100% of the products I sought in less than half that time with the help of friendly and knowledgeable BHC service reps as the BHC family works together to make customer experience the best anywhere. I am very grateful and have become a loyal customer for all my home-related maintenance and repair needs.

Very fast and skillful employees work there, they help me with my jigsaw situation and drew was very helpful and went the extra mile to help me with my situation. I was in & out that place. Will be going back.

Love this hardware store. They are friendly and helpful with good prices. I always come here before any large chain hardware store. You don’t need to waste time searching the the aisles to find an employee to ask a question; they come find you and make sure you’re finding what you need. Plus they have a very cute kitty cat.

So glad we found this place! They have everything you can ever imagine wanting to buy in a hardware store and then even more! Great help in all areas, only we didn't make it out to the lumber area. That's for next week's visit. Don't mind driving through Lambs Canyon to get there as it's the best shopping experience and if they don't have it in store, they can help you order it.

This place actually does it best! They have everything in there, they have stuff there that you would normally have to order online and wait a week to get. Props to the cat out front for a furry greeting. I came here for a good finish trowel and a threshold sill that would have cost more across the tracks.

I recently came to this store to buy a couple of bolts I needed to complete a project and I was immediately both surprised and impressed. This store has a hardware section that puts the big box stores to shame. I initially thought I was going to have to purchase some mid grade bolts that would work, but I was able to buy some grade 8 flange bolts and nuts instead which was exactly what I wanted. While I was there I was asked by more than one of the employees if they could help me find anything or needed any help. At the big box stores I'm lucky if I can find anyone to ask for help when I need it. I have since been back several times and have found the level of customer service to be top notch every single time. No longer do I have to go to the big box stores and hope I can find something close to what I need. I only have to visit this store and I can get exactly what I want and can count on a pleasant experience while I do it.

Beats going to a big retailer. Support local businesses!

If I had to pick between any Hardware store in the area it would be here. This hardware store in particular is more of a detailed custom store to fix things rather than throwing them out and buying new ones. I’ve received more help from this store than any in the area and am a repeat customer. The people that work there are great and knowledgeable about every department. Highly recommend this store to anyone that loves their home. Thank you

I found the best place in town to get paint for my house and it's here at Beaumont Hardware. They had a complete selection of everything I needed from paint to brushes to primer and all the prep things we needed to make our renovation go perfectly. This hardware store has everything you need for your home improvement repairs and renovations you need for your home. The people are friendly and happy to help. Check them out and I'm sure you'll agree they're the only hardware store you're ever going to need.

What's a very clean and organized store

Good selection, quality tools knowledgeable and friendly I want to promote local businesses this business is easy to come back to without justification of it being more of a small local business. They have what I am looking for from a wire reel to a scythe I found it there were otherwise I’d have to order online. Give them your business and Im sure you’ll see why its a genuine atmosphere and go to for good quality tools and much more. I am not affiliated to this business what so ever but, Im grateful for there being here.

TODAY WAS MY VERY FIRST VISIT AND I WAS VERY PLEASED AND FELT LIKE I MATTERED I HATE THAT I FORGOT THE OLDER GENTLEMAN NAME WITH CURLY SHORT HAIR AND MUSTACHE HE HAD A SENSE OF HUMOR...HE HELP ME AND REALLY CARED ABOUT MY SITUATION AND MY WELL BEING HE EVEN FOUND ME A HANDYMAN...I AM SO APPRECIATIVE OF HIS KINDNESS IT REALLY TOUCHED MY HEART GOD BLESS YOU ALL!

Hello friends, I walked in the store straight to the back to get screws it was a gentleman and young lady they both helped me out. To what looking for some bolts or screws for my handle latch for my VW.bug 54. You guys were a big help thank you. I really like that sometimes you go to a hardware store and the people don't want to help you out. But this place was a place I felt warm . I got a good vibe from this place 🤗👍 thanks guys.

I like this place much better than the two major home improvement store. They just seemed to have exactly what I needed. There are multiple brands and types of each thing on my list. If anything, the worst problem was having too many choices. And the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about where to find things. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

So friendly, loved the selection of nuts and bolts they had. And compare to other places, prices were much better.
Will shop there again.

Customer service here is better than Home Depot. While I was at Home Depot I asked a question about a gas line for a fireplace and was rudely told that "we don't carry anything like this here", and was sent to Beaumont Home Center. Here I was greeted at the door and I asked a question and was given correct information right away. And the part I was looking for was carried at home depot, looks like I found my new place for home improvement projects.
