There's so many great things to be said about the store. First the staff is top notch and goes above and beyond to help however they can. Jenn, Anna and Julia were so helpful from the start. They took their times with our needs and concerns and did nothing but help us the whole way through. Courteous, professional and dedicated this group was from start to finish. You get a sense of family when you arrive. The atmosphere is relaxed and the store is clean. All perks for returning customers. Thanks girls for all that you did for my family and I. You will always be appreciated by us!!

After having been on the phone with T-Mobile customer service for over an hour, I came here for in person help. They were able to take an issue that had been made to be so overly complicated and resolve it in less that five minutes. The team is always so nice and helpful when I go in and today was no different. Thank you Julia, you were awesome!

The people here at this store were amazing. Chris and everyone there was able to help me sort out my issues in a polite professional friendly way while I was having a rough day I can't say enough nice about them. Thanks guys!

Super impressed with the customer service at this T-Mobile- I usually go to the one @ the mall (where the staff is ehh depends on who it is) - after coming to this T-Mobile and working with Ana, I won’t go to any other T-Mobile.. she was SO patient and persistent- we were there for like three hours because I was getting two new phones, plus a kids watch .. and for whatever reason when Ana called to have my watch turned on the person she was talking to kept saying “it says she’s going to loose her autopay deduction” WHICH MAKES ZERO SENSEThe watch was on a promotion- I got it free for adding a new watch line .. ANA WAS AMAZING THE ENTIRE TIME. Instead of just agreeing with this lady she continued to fight for me to get the autopay discount - she was put on hold literally for like 45 minutes, I have no idea how she didn’t loose her mind!!! Aside from that, she was completely professional, kind, patient, super informative, and funny (we obviously had to start making each other laugh so no one would loose their mind). We took up so much of her time, between the huge amount of pictures my boyfriend and I had on our phones that needed transfer, indecisiveness of what to buy, her expertise in explaining anything we asked - she was amazing!! Even when other customers started being rude, she handled situations like a boss and never for a second lost her cool! I’m sure everyone here is great but Ana alone needs recognition!!! I hope upper management reads these and understands how great their employees are!

Went into the T-Mobile store to switch over my service and port my numbers over. The young lady who helped me was nothing short of professional and friendly. She had me in and out with connected service in no time flat. She was awesome!

Cynthia was absolutely lovely!! She did everything we needed plus more!! Very knowledgeable and friendly. She will be my go to person from now on!!
