I cannot thank the Rising Sun AG Industrial team enough for all of their hard work repairing my Workmaster 25s tractor that I purchased from them last year. Especially appreciative of Terry the GM, and Andy the service manager for listening closely to our concerns and resolving them so quickly. Andy went above and beyond to get our tractor in right away, and to our shock had many major warranty repairs completed within only a week's turn around during the busiest time of the season. He kept me updated throughout the process and thoroughly explained everything they had found, repaired, and recommend moving forward. They stand behind their equipment, and your purchases with them. Al at AG-Industrial is first rate; he took the time to show me all about my new tractor and answered all of my questions. He guided me through the paperwork and took care of all the details; very easy process and my tractor arrived, inspected and freshly detailed with a full tank of fuel. Cheryl delivered the tractor quickly and was very pleasant; she told me about other accessories and her experience with their tractor. Great team and I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone! Can't beat the zero percent interest over 5 years as well and their excellent warranty. Couldn't be happier.
