I have a iPad Pro 10 model I haven’t used for a year cause it was locked out. Went to the Apple Store New Haven CT to get the iPad unlocked. They tried and said the computers bent and therefore they “could not get the data talking through the data cable” as a result of what they claimed was a bent mother board. I came to PC Warehouse Weathersfield and left the computer with Jose. He not only got the iPad in locked, but also got the pin to work and downloaded the most recent files! Great work! Great service and Jose is very personable and down to earth! Hardly cost me anything and I have to say that I’d go nowhere else for any computer needs that I may run into. Hats off Jose and PC Warehouse if Weathersfield! Great job and thanks so much for a timely job well done! 😎

Never had a problem with them, and I came from public bus years ago while building my PW. Don't know if the same people are there, but I would love to work there as PC Tech, :) I would volunteer just for the experience of working with other PC heads, :)

I left my PC with them at around 4 pm. While working on other projects, my technician Jose managed to call me 3 times with updates on my hardware, with detailed explanations concerning what what was wrong with it. 3 hours after leaving it there, he had updated all of my drivers, motherboard, and video software with an app installed to check everything. All with a complete reset, whilst keeping my most essential files only.

On top of all of this, he stayed open 20 minutes after closing to let me pick up my finished work! Excellent place with excellent service. Definitely will come again the next time I need help with my tech.

Gotta say, some of the most PHENOMENAL service Ive ever had at a PC repair shop. Super communicative, open about pricing, and explained the process. Jose did a fantastic job letting me know what he could do to fix my problem, and when it was done. Fixed my issue in about 24 hours. If I ever have a problem again, or somebody I know is having an issue, this is definitely the place to go!

Searched for an Apple repair shop, and learend about PC Wearehouse. So i gave it a try, and boy was i impressed with there knowlage. Its a small simple shop, but the outcome was very pro.
Would recomand to anyone who has and issiue with there mac or pc to check them out you will like it, and leave as a happy customer.

Brought in a PC stuck in a blue screen loop after installing new parts, the worker fixed my issue and got me back my working PC in less than a day. Phenomenal service! All at a reasonable price too

Went in to get my laptop repair it wasn't running perfect was met by a technician name Jose the guy checked it out he was professional courteous and honest and straightforward he did amazing work and got it working perfectly again thanks for your assistance and amazing job.

Great repair shop. You walk in and know immediately it is not a chain place. Other shops my family has worked with, it took well over a month with no progress. Here, laptop fixed within a week and that was because they needed to order a new motherboard. I recommend, pricing was fair and they got the job done.

I had issues with my home personal printer not working. I brought the printer to two different places and the other places couldn't help me. I brought it to P C Warehouse in Wethersfield and The Technician Jose had it running without any problems in less then 10 minutes. I was more then happy as well as grateful. I damaged my wireless microphones and had an event in less than 24 hours. They were able to fix the issue within hours and had it ready for my event. Great service all across the board!!

HIGHLY recommend PC Warehouse! I spilled tea on laptop and Jose brought it back to life. Up front about what he'd try and very reasonable with the cost to fix. Saved me from buying a laptop and I didn't lose any data. Now I have a go-to place for other tech and "oops" issues. I think you should, too! Just go to PC Warehouse Wethersfield :-)

Great service! Very reasonable price. Also, gave great tips on recognizing malware and suggestions for good security app. I will be back to get help with cleaning off a couple of old desktops.

Been so long since I've been here, I forgot all about them. I needed a used laptop for a customer and remembered to look here. I got a really good deal on a nice laptop.

I am so happy with the service that Dave and his helpers provide. My husband and I have had at least four laptops repaired all under $159 or less. There's a laptop that we thought were useless or terribly damaged but usually the problem isn't great. They know what to do he diagnoses and fixes them and it's not worth buying a new one because these are still very serviceable computers. He's fast and efficient and it's easy drop off and pick up. Long hours. I don't know how he does it ...but he's a wizard!

My iMac wouldn’t turn on. As it was an older device, no one would work on it. I was told no parts could be ordered. So I contacted Jose at PC Warehouse at the recommendation of a friend. He tried everything, but in the end it wasn’t possible to repair. Jose found a way to rescue my files and worked with me to put them on an external drive. All in all, it was a week of work. The charge was extremely reasonable and Jose took time to explain to a computer novice how to manage everything. I would highly recommend this business.

They always do a very good job and at a reasonable price!! The first time I came, they did a lot for for me with my ruined computer than my mom’s work’s tech guy could and for less money (I had spilled tea on my keyboard and fried the computer but they cleaned it enough that I could move all the files I needed off of it)

After getting a charger in PC Warehouse for a computer that I bought in Best Bay I had to return the computer to them because the motherboard was damaged. So, I went again to PC Warehouse looking for a good laptop. Mr. Robert was there this day. He was helpful and, I got what I needed. Since December I have my computer and is working perfectly.

My high-end ASUS laptop had DC charging connection that broke. I brought it around to all the Big Box "Repair" stores and they all told me it would be months to repair, my data would be wiped and it would be over $500 and why fix it when I could just get a new laptop!!!!! No way. Then I found PCWarehouse on an Internet search. What a fantastic business! These are the "Old School" computer repair folks. And I was blown away. The repair to the DC jack was a total of $125.00 and took about a week because the little jack had to be ordered. Once it arrived, they had it fixed and replaced and re-soldered onto the board in just a few hours. Fantastic store, gracious customer service and they also sell refurbished laptops and computers as well. I would give them 10 stars if it was allowed.

I had an incredible experience with PC Warehouse. I brought in a PC that I had (poorly) built that would not start. Their tech, Jose, was knowledgeable, helpful, and went the extra mile to make sure that he knew exactly what I was looking for. Not only did he fix the issues, he sat down with me after I came in (after hours on Friday evening!) and made sure that the computer was correctly set up for me to use when I got home. By far the best service I've ever had in any industry. Jose has gotten my business for life, and my recommendation for all my friends and family.
