Great place to bring your computer! The staff was incredibly understanding, due to my son being on the spectrum getting his computer back promptly was integral to our day flowing flawlessly.
They got our new graphics card installed, cleaned up the internal compartments, and even updated the drivers with no additional charge!
The computer was ready for pickup within 3 hours and looked brand new, very pleased with our experience and will be going there for any other computer needs

I took my custom built computer here to get it serviced after it wouldn’t turn on. They repaired it and get it up and running within 3 days. Later on I took it in for having driver issues with my GPU, after explaining my situation they said that was nothing they could do and wouldn’t take my money but I appreciated their honesty and not wasting my time.

Fast, reasonable prices and my computer is working perfectly! No more cursor moving on it's own! Windows support and best buy couldn't help me. Thank you pcw!

I stopped by after getting some disappointing news from Apple about my laptop. They were able to identify the problem quickly, fix it at a great cost and it only took a few days. They were also able to fix the problem without losing anything that was on my computer, which was my top concern. So far everything is working very well.

Well done and timely laptop repair. The fan on my Dell was broken and the hard drive was shot. Dropped it off late on Saturday, had the diagosis by Monday, and my laoptop back by Tuesday! All for a fair price and now it's working as good as new again!

Replaced my hard drive and fixed the hardware which was chipped and falling apart. Looks and runs like new and got an updated windows which I’m getting used to, but laptop runs faster than what I remember it was when I first started the laptop after unboxing.
They also cleaned it, which was a nice touch.

Brian and his crew are unbelievable. I work remotely, and one of my laptop keys were smashed. Took it in to PCW, and the entire keyboard needed to replaced. They ordered a new one and it came in a week. I brought my laptop back in, and they were done with it only an hour later, despite the fact that they were busy! Good as new. If you're looking for someone local for your laptop or phone repairs, these are your guys.

Brian was able to identify a problem with my motherboard. We had to have it replaced. He ordered the new part and finished repairs in 2 days. He's very knowledgeable and is able to help build PCs. I recommend

They're a really good computer place. I had virus on my computer they fixed it and after a week i dropped my lap top which ruined the hard drive. They fixed the hard drive for free with no additional charge because i was there a week earlier. Thank you guys, will recommend them if you live around the Hartford area.
