Mavis tire in Locust did an outstanding job helping me and my husband. We went in the day before with a screw in our tire. They fixed it and immediately we were greeted and helped. The next day we went back and got an excellent deal on a new set of Mavis tires. The tires ride very well. We were pleased with customer service and price again. And the information was provided about our alignment check as well. We highly recommend you check them out! So glad they are in the area!

Mavis Tires and Brakes in Locust offer phenomenal service, always fast and friendly, and get the job done. Went there this morning to have a tire plugged and Landon took care of me. Always in and out in like 5 minutes. Definitely recommend them for any tire service needs.

My family got home from a full day out and about, and my kids alerted me to a screw in our tire. After a quick call to the Mavis in Locust to confirm they were still open (they were) and that they could help (they could), I jumped back in the car and headed back to town. The friendly staff greeted me immediately, gave me a quick estimate, and got right to work, even at the end of the day when they were no doubt tired and ready to go home as well. Finding a reliable and trustworthy tire place is tough. And, given that my vehicles seem to attract flat tires like a picnic attracts ants, it’s a must have in my world. Mavis has completely fit the bill, and I will be back here for all my tire needs in the future. Great service equals loyal customers, and they now have that in me. Thanks, Mavis.

I received amazing service at Mavis! They were extremely helpful and courteous and had outstanding customer service. They fixed my car quickly and got me back on the road. I would definitely recommend them for anyone in the area.

Tire problems 10 minutes from the store so I called and they said come on. They were standing there waiting on me when I arrived. Young man was very respectful, clear and confident and I knew I was in great hands! He explained the best way to fix it and reminded me of my warranty since they were Mavis Tires. Rare to find such Great Customer Service these days but they KNOW how to treat the customer!! HIGHLY Recommend !!!

I usually prefer Discount Tire company but this store specifically has made me convert over. Landon, was an awesome help! Very knowledgeable and professional. This place is easy and efficient and the right choice.

On 7.10.24 I went to Mavis tires for an oil change. Due to construction I arrived much later than I anticipated and felt bad for getting there 30 mins before closing. Ricky and Landen was so understanding and made me feel so much better about coming in and provided top notch customer service. The service was quick and efficient and their positive attitudes about the work they do certainly gave me a great feel for this establishment. I will be using them again. This business is a great addition to the Locust community.

I came in on Saturday morning with a tire that was low. They had a wait period of about an hour and a half. Landen was so helpful. He added air to my tire and I told him I would come back later. I called later and told him I would come back around 4pm. He got me right in- I had a small rock in my tire. They repaired it and didn’t charge me. Wonderful service and so polite!

I was more than impressed with the customer service and help these guys offered. They addressed every issue that we came in with, and more. They went over and beyond to make sure we left satisfied. These guys do breaks, tires, oil changes… this is the place I will now go for all my car needs. 5+ star !!!! Alex was awesome & had top notch customer service!

Brought my Rv4 in for an alignment and the service writer was very professional and got my car in promptly. The technician that worked on my car was very knowledgeable and provided very detailed information about the conditions and adjustment made on my car. As a mechanic myself, I'm very happy with the excellent job he did. Got me in and out with a great sense of urgency. Thank you and keep up the good work. 👍

This shop is amazing, I have been there 3 times and to say it was a positive experience is an understatement. In a world that has lost customer service, these guys stand above. Everyone there is friendly and very helpful. They have the customer needs as a priority, and that is very much appreciated. We will definitely be going back!

My tire was almost flat and the guys here found a nail in my tire and patched it up super fast and efficiently. Also Landen there helped us and gave us amazing service. I will definitely be going again when needed!

These guys are very nice and helpful. I went there to get my oil changed but I also needed tires and an alignment and they helped me with pick out the right tires and everything. I’ll definitely be using them again

I stopped in today they were very nice and professional came out before I even got out of my truck help me get a price even though I couldn't get tires today they were more than happy to put air in my tires until I could come back. Not many places treat you with that kind of service when you haven't purchased anything.

So thankful Mavis is open on Sunday afternoon! I came in 4 minutes prior to closing and everyone was super helpful in a time where you’d assume they’re ready to leave. They got us in, fixed the tire and had us back on the road in less than 20 min. Top notch customer service from Landen and the team!
