People's Coffee

I called toward the end of day asking if someone would be able to deliver a coffee to a friend who just started working at the medical building across the parking lot from Peoples Coffee.
While they don’t normally deliver, the person who answered the phone said she could make sure to get it to the person! I didn’t have many details about the exact office suite, but I gave a name and department and the person there took care of the rest.
I am SO grateful bc it completely made my friends day who had back to back patients and not able to slip away.
I didn’t get the persons name who took my order and made the special delivery, but THANK YOU, and I will definitely be supporting Peoples Coffee for going above and beyond!!

This is a good option for a quicker and scratch made breakfast! The coffee selection is nice and the masala chai was delicious! Not too sweet, and a nice spice level. They have a mobile pick up window for online orders and an easy walk up counter for take out or eating there. The staff was really friendly and the kitchen looked nice and clean. We'll definitely be back!

We ordered chicken panini, cappuccino, chai tea, and overnight tea and every item was quite tasty. Will visit again

The peppermint mocha was excellent! And everyone working there were so friendly and nice!

Tried this new place here in Pittsboro near Chatham park. First impressions: kinda cramped, service was meh, pricey, food was very good.

Details: the cashier taking my order wasn’t helpful when I asked her for substitutes on the whole milk in the cappuccino - she just stared at me when I asked if they had anything else. We had a small order but the staff managed to forget part of it (it’s a small place, not many people can fit and half of the patrons were already done so it wasn’t like it was hectic). The food was very good, that was the standout. I appreciate the vegan options. Prices on food were ok, but avoid the bottled drinks as they are crazy high - my daughter picked up a bottled water and it rang up at $7.50.

Nice environment but the service is so slow. We ordered a smoothie and waited about 10 minutes. And there was no other customer around. Probably won’t be back again. 8 dollars for a small smoothie.

I recently moved into the area and stopped to get a cup of coffee. As I was about to pay with cash, I was notified by the cashier that this currency was not taken and when I asked why… I was not given a response. I paid with a debit card but considering the location I do not see the reason why cash was declined. I will not return.
