Fleming Roofing & Restoration

Great experience with a roofing company. Hunter came out and did my initial assessment. I needed new roof vents and inquired about a new roof and new gutters and some additional flashing work. Hunter quoted everything and I received the quote in a timely manner. Received 3 quotes and Fleming was the best quote and they were willing to do everything I wanted. Hunter did inform me I could probably get another 3 years out of current roof, but I wanted to do it all at once. We had delays due to weather and material, but Hunter did a decent job keeping me updated. Once they started the work, they had everything completed in the time they told me. Mike Alquire would check in on the progress and make sure I was happy with everything. Everyone was professional, clean up was awesome and everything looks great. We are very pleased. Will use them in the future.

Fleming was recommended to me by a friend in the construction business. I asked him who to use, or more importantly who to avoid and his answer was he only recommends/uses Fleming Roofing and Restoration. I am so glad I took his advice. Very reasonable pricing, great people from the rooftop crew to the owner. One of the hardest working crews I have seen. Great looking roof and excellent clean-up afterwards. Fleming is a very easy company to work with, use quality products and do quality work. Mark came out this morning and replaced all the flashing around my chimney that was causing a leak. Throughout the installation I kept bothering him asking questions and he explained everything he was doing with detailed precision. It all lined up with the information I had seen watching videos on flashing installations on YouTube. Mark is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. 10/10, 100% recommend Fleming for roof work.

We had a minor roof leak that we were unsure of how bad it was. Mark came out measured the spot and found the problem very quickly. Turned out to be a nail that had popped up and was letting water in. He fixed the problem and didn't charge us a dime! We will be going to them for our future roofing needs! Great people!

We have used Fleming for gutter replacement and recently for a full roof replacement due to storm damage. Johnny was incredibly responsive and helpful at explaining the whole process as well as the ins and outs of coordinating with our insurance company. The team showed up on time and completed the work in one day and did an excellent job with clean-up. Johnny was also responsive after work was completed to help us get necessary documentation to our insurance company.

What contractor almost has a five star rating? This one, and I can tell you why!
They are honest, get the job done, and communicate with you along the way. I'd give more stars if I could.

Mark Chadwick came out on a cold day to help repair our roof. He was very professional & took care of us very quickly. Very nice guy & got the job done very well!!

By using Google reviews, I chose this company for a roof inspection and repairs. They worked with me to set up a convenient inspection time. They arrived early for the inspection and after inspecting my roof - informed me that I only needed some minor repairs. My repair was actually scheduled for the following day. They stated the repairs would take about an hour and that was pretty accurate. I was pleased with the overall price and the service I received. I would recommend this company.

I needed a replacement roof and obtained estimates from other companies. Fleming was hundreds less for a high quality roof and they had it replaced within a week! It looks great and was professionally installed. The crew cleaned up behind themselves and left everything in good shape. I recommend them for any of your roofing needs. They are fantastic! Hands down one of the best Contractors I have ever used. We are all busy people, so any reviews about delayed feedback or no responses have to be considered with just about anyone these days, especially with how this lovely COVID situation has impacted staffing. What sets them apart from others, aside from a quality product, is they did the same work at a better price. Heck, I even upgraded items and they still came out ahead of their competition.

The best value however, was their patience and understanding in my delays to have final payment rectified through my insurance company. The communication that followed this scenario was second to none, and they even helped me tag team the claims adjusters (yes, more than one) in getting final resolution. Fleming Roofing ROCKS! Thanks Jeremy for putting up with my constant annoyance. You were wonderful in selling me on the Fleming advantages.

Finally, all this comes with a five-year contractor warranty. From what I see, they are a thriving business, so I think it's a safe bet to understand they will be around for many more to come.

Fleming Roofing responded to our call for help when our old roof stung a leak, which had been leaking for awhile as mold had formed In our home. Fleming Roofing sent a man out as soon as it stopped raining to see what the problem was. He made a temporary fix to stop the leak. We decided to not repair our old roof but to put a new roof on. So we began dealing with Johnny Day on this subject. Everyone at Fleming Roofing was very friendly and up front with the details on our new project. I received a call from Johnny that a crew would be out at 6:30 on Monday to do the installation. They were on time materials delivered and a large crew 9 roofers and they worked hard & got the entire roof finished in one very long day. Excellent work was done by everyone. It rained so hard on Tuesday & we had no worries of a leak. Our new roof looks great & a man, Mark, came & inspected the job for quality & he said it was all good to go. Again, if you are having roofing issues, call Fleming Roofing & as forJohnny Day & he would be gracious to assist you.

My experience with Fleming Roofing & Restoration from start to finish was outstanding. From the moment Keith Williams contacted me, till the last man came and finished the few little details that needed to be done, these guys did everything right. They worked with me on a start day that worked for my schedule (they actually wanted to start a couple of days sooner). The crew showed up when I was told they would be there. They were courteous, friendly and work till dark, with only a short lunch break. Their craftsman(crew-chief) that did the repair and cricket work was skillful. They worked hard to to keep things cleaned up as the job went along. Even had some extra help come in at the end with clean up. My interactions with the owners and Teresa in the office were great. They said what they did and did what they said. Oh yeah, price was fantastic!

I have an issue with my roof. Daniel from Fleming came at the scheduled time. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism. They are going to repair my roof and I'm confident in their ability.

I would definitely recommend Fleming! We needed a new roof and they were very responsive in coming out a providing an estimate. We signed the work order that same day and they came out a few days later with a large crew to tackle the roof. They were able to turn the job around in one day!! We couldn’t be any happier!

Working with Fleming was a good experience! I appreciated talking with project manager Johnny Day and getting a good understanding of why we had to replace the shingles ( wear and age) and the advice on upgrading to premium shingles for a few hundred dollars. The work was done as promised, on time, with good communication all around. Billing and payment online was easy too!
