On Halloween super naturally a tree fell hitting the roof of my home which frightened me terribly…it took me 2 days to collect myself to begin the process with my insurance and contacting roofing companies…of which I chose SOCO ROOFING because their consultant Jason Freeman was very sensitive to my needs explaining in detail my options…also he assisted me with critical documentation to complete the necessary forms to submit my insurance claim and offered affordable financing options…so I am truly pleased to write this review because of the excellent experience I had as a result of SOCO ROOFING’s consultant Jason Freeman…I will not forget to mention the entire staffs professional efficiency both repairing my roof and leaving my lawn better than they found it…relieving me of ALL my stresses…I am 100% satisfied and will be using SOCO ROOFING on my commercial property as well…so of course I will highly recommend SOCO ROOFING and my newest friend Jason Freeman as the perfect company for all your roofing projects and needs…BBLESSD

SOCO completed my roof in May 2024 after dealing with my insurance company for 10 months. They are the absolute best! Excellent customer service and workmanship. I filed a homeowners claim with State Farm for hail damage in early August of 2023 after Logan Decker from SOCO (Southern Roofing Company) did an inspection. He provided pictures and videos to the company. We were denied hail damage and were told 3 shingles showed evidence of wind damage. Logan kept on going, gathering more and more evidence, jumping through more hoops, doing more "lab" testing (our roof was old, so the shingles made today could not be cut to fit, etc). Allstate gave me 4 different desk adjusters and 1 desk adjuster. The adjustors wouldn't share the information when they changed so we would have to start all over again. The final adjuster made the initial call and then ignored all call backs, voicemails, etc. I gave up. Logan did not. For every 10 calls I made, Logan made 20. Besides being a roofing contractor, Logan has a background in - wait for it - insurance (as an adjustor). We have a new roof. Insurance paid for it. We did pay for the upgrade so that we could get the depreciation fee back. It's a beautiful roof that survived an F-1 tornado in our neighborhood 2 days after its completion. I am confident there is other roofing company better than SOCO. They are the best. They work for their customers. They treat their customers as people, not as numbers. Don't go with a larger company with the flashy brochure, go with SOCO. You won't be disappointed.

I had a great experience with SOCO Roofing and Restoration. Consultant, Shannon Wallace, was very professional and kind. The roof itself is beautiful and was finished on time as promised. Owner, Zack Farris, delivered exceptional customer service which is hard to come by today. The entire team took care of me from beginning to end with professionalism, promptness, and moral rectitude.

SOCO Roofing was the easiest company I have ever worked with. They had materials on the ground the next day after our commercial roof was damaged in a storm. We had almost zero water damage as they tarped and sealed us in while still raining. Thanks David!

SOCO roofing has been excellent to work with. After my roof received hail damage SOCO roofing inspected the shingles and walked me through a successful insurance claim.
In particular, Charles the company representative that I worked with is knowledgeable and compassionate.
Initially I wondered how the reviews for a roofing company could be so high.
Now I understand and concur.

I highly recommend SOCO!!! They installed are gutters and did such an amazing job. They came out right away and gave us a quote and were here a few days later installing. Everyone was friendly and professional. Great experience all around!!!!
