We highly recommend Henderson Roofing. When we needed leaks checked, we called Henderson as well as other roofing companies. Ike Alexander, the project manager, came out right away. He was very professional and pleasant individual. Both Mr. Henderson and Ike were very helpful working with our insurance agency. The gentleman who worked on the roof replacement, Willie was a perfectionist and cleaned all the debris and roofing nails. We are very satisfied with our roof.

I could not have been happier with the service I received from Henderson Roofing. From my initial meeting with Brantley Johnson, I knew I was dealing with an honest, professional company who was most concerned with caring for me, their customer. Brantley went above and beyond in capturing all of the damage to my roof by sending numerous photos of my roof along with narrative descriptions of the existing damage to my insurance adjuster. I had a complete understanding of the job to be done by Henderson Roofing because Brantley took time to fully explain the contract, warranty and the upcoming process of my roof installation. My roof installation was a big job due to my roof height and multiple roof angles. The workers showed up on time as promised and left my property completely clean at the end of each work day. After the storm in late March, Ike was very responsive in coming out to evaluate our needs. His communication of the options for us was top notch and the crew doing the install were quick and cleaned up as if they were never here. Thanks to Henderson and the team for taking care of us.

We had hail damage to our roof and it needed to be replaced. Henderson was recommended to us and they were very friendly and helpful. They came up with a great solution to repair and update our old roofing system. They worked hard to devise a cost effective solution. Their crew did a great job with the installation. The new roof looks great and we are very happy with our decision to hire Henderson to fix our roof.

We chose Henderson Roofing to replace our roof based on their up front interest , response, and professionalism. We were very pleased with their work. Although we did encounter unexpected cost due to having to replace more deteriorated decking than expected, we were totally satisfied with the results. The personnel were professional, worked diligently, and were eager to please.

Brantley provided a couple of quotes, both of which were good. We went with the more expensive one due to the warranty. The crew did an excellent job and had the roof replaced almost in one day! The clean up, trash removal and nail pickup were very thorough. We now have a beautiful new roof with a great warranty. Brantley followed up and was always available for any questions during the installation. Bonard and Sheryl Allen thank you very much for all your hard work.

We had an excellent experience with Henderson Roofing. Brantley Johnson, our representative in Huntsville, was remarkably responsive to our inquiries and needs. Our GAF Timberline HDZ roof was installed on time and looks great. The cost was competitive and the installation was outstanding. If there is a better business in the roofing business, I would be much surprised.

From start to finish working with your team has been a pleasure! Josh came out several times and went above and beyond when working with the insurance company. He brought samples several times and was patient while I selected the perfect color. The materials were delivered when schedule, and the installers arrived when expected. Having a supervisor visit during installation was an added plus, and the gentlemen who did the installation did a wonderful job and left the site very clean. A visit from the owner after completion was a very nice touch! The office staff was very helpful when I had questions about my invoice. Your entire staff was courteous and professional, my roof looks beautiful, and I have received many compliments from neighbors and friends!

Henderson Roofing has a great reputation and I'm glad they are serving the Huntsville area. Specifically, I want to call out the service that Bradley McMurtrey provides. Young people often get a bad rap for being flaky and unprofessional. Bradley shatters that stereotype. He has the professionalism and calm of someone twice his age, and he reflects well on Henderson roofing as a result. When it comes time for a complete roof replacement, I'll being calling Henderson Roofing...and specifically Bradley!

Excellent job. Worked with me to ensure I was selecting the best options for my roof. Fully explained everything and answered all my questions. Crew was very easy to work with and very respectful of my home and did their best to minimize impact during install. Worked in such a way that even though an unexpected rain shower hit my roof was protected from the weather. When to great effort to ensure I was satisfied. Would highly recommend.

Very fast, very easy with great customer service! When I initially started looking for roofers I couldn’t find one but is soon as I got a hold of them we immediately started the planning and once they gave me the price I pulled the trigger immediately because it was the best and most reasonable price I got from anybody. Turnaround time from when I contacted them to beginning and finishing work was within a week to a week and a half.

I called Henderson Roofing to come out and look at a roof that other contractors couldn't figure out. Bradley was quick to respond and communicated very well with me. I highly recommend this company and especially Bradley!
