I always enjoy my meal at Sitar. The food is always flavorful, tender and delicious.

Very good food, ate at the buffet for lunch food was good despite coming in towards closing, and service was quick. It is quite cozy inside, with a good amount of background noise. Will be coming back. 15.21 for my lunch isn't too bad at all in this economy!

We tried the lunch buffet which was really delicious with great variety. My only desire was to be able to spice up the dishes a bit more with a hot sauce that matched the flavor of the food. We will definitely visit again since this place is open all the time

We got quite a few things to go and they were all absolutely delicious.
The chicken vindaloo was top tier. Everything was spiced perfectly. Basmati rice cooked to perfection. Will definitely be back.

Delicious, clean, and good buffet. Half of the options were veg, half meat. My one recommendation would be to have a spicy daal or something in the buffet. The heat was very mild compared to other Indian food. Very cute find, will be returning for date nights.

This is the first time me and my Daughter have tried Indian food and it was amazing. My Daughter had the Lamb Mango and I had the Goat Biryani. We also had the Tandoori appetizer. It was so delicious.

Food was very good. Having folks who know North Indian food is helpful. The naan with the meat inside was quite addictive. Shrimp with cashews was very yummy. The music seemed a bit too modern for the atmosphere they are trying to create.

I love this place. I would eat here every meal if I could. The food is amazing every time. Everyone is so nice. My only complaint is I don’t live closer so I can have it more

We came here for the buffet, but when we arrived they were not offering it. We ordered from the regular menu and everything was absolutely delicious. Will come here again!

Such great food, the buffet if always well stocked and clean. The food is always fresh and is great soul food.

I went during the lunch buffet time and was able to get a table, though there were many people there. The buffet had plenty of delicious options, including various types of rice, meat, sauces (mild and spicy), and a desert section as well. While I am no expert in Indian food, I do enjoy eating it and Sitar Indian Cuisine was exactly what I was looking for. Prices were reasonable for a lunch buffet. I will certainly be returning in the future!

My daughter and I love this place. We usually do the buffet. Tonight we ordered from the menu. Randomly picking items and we were not disappointed! Everything was amazing!

Sitar is the best and most consistent Indian restaurant in all of Huntsville. Their foods are generously portioned and the taste is second to none in town. They are also very generous with their naan bread, which is a must have with any of their dishes.

Everything we ordered was delicious! The kids stole my Tandoori Chicken. They give a lot of chicken in an order. We still took some home!

This place is alright . The food is good . Some items in the menu is mediocre . Good staff . If you are looking for some Indian bite in Huntsville , must check them .
