Great little authentic hole in the wall! Everyone is super friendly and the service was great! The kabobs and rice were super yummy aaannnddd hummus and whatever that desert was. I love it! The owner and staff are from Yemen so be ready for authentic. It's decorated with table cloths that look just like the middle east and also sandscript drawings on the wall. The random giraffe poster on the wall was great🤣 There was a younger kid behind the register who brought us our food, (it seems most people do not stay to eat), 2 younger men grilling, and who I suppose was the owner. Amazing people! You should definitely go and eat in and talk with everyone!

I've been craving pulao since leaving Afghanistan and was glad to have found this place. They didn't have any pakora when I stopped in but the lamb shank and pulao were tender and flavorful. It is authentic and I'd definitely come back again.

This a Persian restaurant. The menu is Persian dishes.

For Muslim diners: The owners are Muslims and have indicated that the meat served is Halal. No icons are present and alcohol is not served.

The Koobideh kabob was not as juicy and fatty as the ones I’ve had in LA. A bit dry, but acceptable.

The lentil soup was some of the best soup I’ve had in my life.

Prices were a bit high, at this price range I would expect proper plating and silverware instead of disposable.

I ordered Koobideh entree, which comes with 2 kabobs, rice, and lentil soup. I ordered 2 extra kabobs. No drinks, my total was $28.

The service was good and the staff were warm.

The food is absolutely amazing. The rice was deliciously fragrant and perfectly seasoned. The lamb and chicken were both very tender and flavorful. The salad shirazi was an absolute delight, and very refreshing on the palate. Service was super friendly and welcoming. I will definitely come back, I want to try everything on the menu!

Saw a post in the What's Happening In Huntsville? page asking for Mediterranean suggestions and somebody said House of Kebab was delicious…small, family owned, and waiting for more customers! The owner is extremely kind, a genuine, Middle Eastern type of kind…give them a try!

The food here was so delicious! The chicken and lamb were incredibly flavorful and moist and the rice was fantastic. The chef was so kind and made sure everyone loved the food. Will definitely go back!

I had the Lamb Shank and omg so good I'm going back. Its authentic detailed 👌🏾 food seasoned well. Customer service was cool he was nice and friendly and explained to me what all came with my dish so that was nice of him.

Fantastic, authentic place. Locally owned and operated by actual persians set in a cozy place that's reminiscent of home for them. I've been to Persian restaurants in Chicago, New York, Atlanta, and beyond but this place has the best food at the most reasonable prices. They cook your food to order and give you ample servings of lentil soup, saffron rice, roasted vegetables, and sides to go with it. Their tea is second to none; I could drink my weight in it. I will definitely return to this hidden gem! Also, this place is super vegetarian-friendly!

First time visiting the restaurant today. The food was very good and the guy running the place was very pleasant. I ordered the number 1 kabob dish, chicken and lamb. Yum!

Best Kabobs we have had in ages!! The Food is flavorful, good portions at a great price!! The store is owner operated and he is very kind. Food is made from scratch in house. Everything we had was really tasty. Real Persian style rice. We have not found anywhere that has this kind of rice. It is really special. This style of rice is also a lot more work. It is a real process to create it. Highly recommend!!!!

#4 & #8 on the menu were outstanding! The lentil soup it's the best I've ever had. And the service is always very pleasant.

I travel a lot in central Asia and the food here has the most authentic flavor I have found in Huntsville. Will definitely go again.

My husband and I came in here for my birthday. We loved it! The food was soooooo good and the service is very friendly, I would definitely go here again!

Ate there last Wednesday with a friend of mine who's been to Afghanistan. He says the food is very authentic. I just know it was really tasty. Talking with the owner was very enjoyable as well.

Went there for the first time in years and was VERY impressed. The manager, Mohammed, was very helpful and friendly. He said he gets his rice from TN because he can get longer grained varieties there. The meats are grilled fresh when you order (you can see them being grilled)) and are cooked perfectly.. I ate there with a co-worker for lunch and we agreed we will both be coming back.

I came here for lunch with a group of 7 and the staff was so accomodating! The owner was so nice and the hospitality was unlike anywhere else I have eaten in the area. The food was delicious (especially the lamb) and the rice had a very nice cinnamon flavor! Highly recommend visiting this little gem is you are looking for a quick lunch stop near research park!
