1-12-24 After looking a couple of months for a decent used car (Either poor quality or unwilling to negotiate), I remembered this used car dealership (I lived in The Hocking Hills for 35 years). Upon doing a Google Search, I found a couple of cars that I was interested in. I made the trip there from Chillicothe. I was greeted by the owner, Derrick, and salesperson Lya (Leah). I conducted a very thorough inspection of the 2 vehicles that I was interested in, and took both for a test drive. I ended up purchasing a 2010 Hyundai Sonata with 130,000 miles on it that was in my price range. Both cars spoke for themselves, but Derrick and Lya did not hesitate to point out the minor flaws that each vehicle had. To say the least this was a very good experience for me. Nowadays who points out a flaw in a vehicle? From the time that I arrived on the lot, during the paperwork, until I left the lot, Derrick and Lya were very professional, well mannered, and respectful. I gave Fred Wolfe Automotive a 5 star rating only because I couldn't give it a 6-10. Are you looking for a decent used car at a affordable price? Check Fred Wolfe Automotive out. You won't be disappointed. Please don't be turned away by their hours because they are not set in stone. I would recommend calling them first because apparently they are still trying to figure out the best operating hours. Me and my husband purchased a GMC 2014 terrain LS from Derek at Fred Wolfe automotive here in Nelsonville Ohio. We had a problem with the key. The button is not working. Derek got us a new key that key wasn’t program so he covered the cost of that not long after the window, went down and wouldn’t go back up and as you know, it’s freezing outside that same day he had someone come out to fix it for us and cover the cost. This happened the same day or son dislocated his shoulder on top of having an upper respiratory infection so out of the kindness of his heart, Derek took care of us as if we were his family. We plan on buying a second car with taxes, and we will definitely return!!!

Derek went above and beyond for my family we purchased a beautiful 2014 GMC terrain LS from him during a time we were in need for our family. The GMC needed a new key and as you know those digital keys are not cheap. Derek took care of it then when we got the key, it wasn’t programmed Derek took care of it then the car window went down and wouldn’t go back up Derek the same day sent a man to our house to fix it even know he sold the car to us as is he went above and beyond man-to-man if you want to go to a car dealership where they treat you like family forgive you if you’re having a bad day and will ensure that you have a safe vehicle to put your kids in go to Fred wolf automotive here in Nelsonville Ohio.
