Shawn, the Manager, is awesome. She takes customer Service to the next level. She went above and beyond to ensure that I had the correct part for my vehicle. Even though I had been told the part was in her store by another employee she double checked and found the correct part was not in her store. She understood it was urgently needed and check all AutoZone locations within 50 miles and if even if it wasn’t shown in inventory she would call and have them physically check their inventory. Quickly she located the right part, only one left in inventory at another store. She was friendly, professionally, and knew her business. Then she took care of placing the order through the other store to ensure it would be ready for me to pickup. Then she called the store to confirm the order and that they physically pulled the part and had it at the counter waiting for me. This was a warranty replacement and upon return of the old unit she personally handle the return and refund. It was smooth and easy. In all my years of working on cars and shopping at the major auto parts retailers this was the best customer service experience. Shawn sets the standard for what customer service should be.

Jahaan was patient and knowledgeable about fixing my radio system, he is such an asset to your company and should be compensated for customer retention. Thanks again Sally

I’ve been going to this location (store 3445) for years to help with my personal and work vehicles. I cannot speak highly enough about the store, staff, and management. Very accommodating and helpful! Would highly recommend.

Came for wiper blades - great associate noticed me browsing and looking at the application booklet - he jumped in a provided assistance with the selection, and immediately offered to install the product, which I accepted. He was very experienced and confident, so I went ahead with his help and purchased two more items. A great store and associate!

My car unexpectedly doesn't start yesterday, and throughout the day, I have to jump it twice. When I walk in to AutoZone, I am met with eager and prompt service. Shawn tells me I don't need a new battery since my battery reads at 100% but she decides to clean my battery anyway. Going the extra mile, she even removes the screws and cleans up under them. In doing this, she notices that one of the screws is loose! She then hypothesizes that this is the reason why my car is not cranking up properly. This, to me, deserves unwavering recognition. Not only is she able to diagnose the problem with ease, but also it is free of charge! I left happy with my car sounding great. Thanks Shawn!

My low beam headlights both died today and my regular service station was closed for the holiday (NYE). The woman working at the store was awesome and helped me pick out exactly what I needed.

Stopped in for a diagnostics check on my engine, and Leah was a huge help! Excellent customer service.

Had an unexpected bad battery- quickly drove it over to AutoZone and the staff was very helpful. Did a battery test and then replaced my battery with a new one. In and out within 15 minutes. John and Johanna were very professional and helpful.

Also had another case on our other vehicle where I thought I had a bad battery. The store manager scanned battery and said it was good. We ended up having something in the software draining the battery in the background. I appreciate their honesty!

I came in this morning with a question about coolant and wiper fluid and Arden was super helpful and got me exactly what I needed. Thank you, Arden!
