I was assisted by one of the representatives, and he is so friendly and helped me to purchase the correct part. He is so patient and helpful. Would love to visit again if I need any auto parts.

Advance is the place for parts. Easy order online and go pick it up. Even better, they will bring it to me. Good batteries. Good service, they always try to treat you right. And the loyalty program is pretty good too.

I needed to get a new battery today and Lyndsey (forgive me on the spelling) was beyond helpful! The parts on my car were stripped and basically non functional, but she did everything she could to help me fix it! I couldn’t have been more grateful and at the end of the day my new battery is in and working.

Best customer service ever!
I didn't know whats the problem in car it was shaking, I thought of purchasing couple of ignition coil and may spark plugs. Guy at front desk went above and beyond! He volunteered himself without asking to come out and check the problem with some machine. Comfirmed which coil is faulty and suggested to purchase only one. In no time I was able to fix my car and save money.
Definitely 5 star !!

Michael went above and beyond to help with my car battery! I needed help testing it and cleaning off some corrosion; he was super knowledgeable and happy to help. Next time I need something for my car, I’ll return to this store and hope that Michael is working!!

Mark was very helpful and patient. I had problems with my battery. He recharged it. He tested again and all was good. I was ready to go. At the end , I did not need a battery, I needed an alternator. I got it fixed. I would recommend anybody who needs help with your car.

So I went into this Advance auto parts location today and was pleased to find they had everything I was looking for...
Furthermore Eliza and George were absolutely exceptional!
Very professional and kind.

This kind of customer service is harder and harder to find in the times we in live in.

Above and Beyond the best Customer service given by Adam and DJ. On 7/8 we went due to having a issue with our car battery. These two young men were God sent Angels, they should be the Face of Advance Auto, meaning owning and operating this location. The manager could have cared less of what was going on, so we had to give Kudos where it is certainly due. They diagnosed and solved our car problem, Adam and DJ weren’t going to have us leave until they new the issue was solved. Long story short, we just needed a new Battery. But the experience in itself was just Amazing, if you’re ever having car issues go see Adam and DJ. The Dynamic Duo, Thanks guy’s, we will be sending everyone your way!🤩🤩🤩

I got exceptional service talking to the "cashier"! He was able to correctly help me find the right fluids for the job and he was even kind enough to walk me to my vehicle with a provided disposable funnel to help me check my engine coolant!

I have never received such good service but this wasn't on the first occasion. Prior to this visit a gentleman helped me redeem my rebate from AAP though I never received it.

I got a flat tire, and Mark from this store was so willing to help me change it out and put my spare on for me. I had never had a flat tire before, and he made me feel so much better about the whole thing. I appreciate his kindness, knowledge, and willingness to help me. I wish that I could put 6 stars up for Mark, because he was a rockstar! Thank you!
