The woman Kelly going above and beyond with her customer service made my trip a little bit better but the heat in that store is crazy. Those poor employees have to suffer in the heat and I hope things change. Hazard pay definitely deserved

Why is it every year the employees have to Suffer In the heat or cold cause the company doesn't want to buy new heater and ac unit is always breaking down? There's a heat warning and air Quality Warning today!!. The people inside are suffering and if they pass out then the company will have much more problems then just fixing the AC!!

I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY 2010 FORD EDGE THE FAN WOULD NOT COME ON
THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY HAD AN EMPLOYEE COME OUT NAMED DAVE SHOUT OUT THE DAVE THANK YOU
IT LOOKED AT MY GIRLS CAR AND REALIZED IT
WAS IT SO MUCH ARE MOTOR NOT WORKING BUT IT WAS A LEAK THAT WAS TRIPPING ON RELAY PLUG-IN
SO DAVE TOLD ME INSTEAD OF SPENDING SO MUCH MONEY ON A RELAY THAT IT WILL AGAIN HAPPENED BECAUSE THE LEAK IS NOT FIXED
SO INSTEAD OF SELLING ME A PART THAT THEY KNEW WOULD EVENTUALLY BECAUSE OF THE LEAK DAVE TOLD ME HAVE A MECHANIC FIND THE LEAK
AND COME BACK WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO GET YOU THE PART FOR YOUR VEHICLE
AND I TAKE THAT AS AN HONEST BUSINESS

I honestly love this store. The people here are very helpful they know what I need and they are great to me every time I come into this store. I was in a situation where I thought they couldn't return a part that I I bought and it was so expensive unfortunately it didn't work on my car but thank God they were able to return it for me. In these times that we're going through I was so grateful that they were able to do that for me. I highly suggest anyone coming to this store because I have always have a great experience here. Thank you Advance Auto Parts in Glassboro team!! You truly are the best auto shop around!!

My batery went dead today so I went to advance. They had my battery for a great price and installed it for free. I couldn't have been there for more than 15 minutes.

Good experience at this location. Helpful and courteous staff helped me find the wiper blades I needed and installed them for me in, literally, about 2 minutes. Way faster than I could have done it myself!

FANTASTIC. Great employees and products. My mother's battery in her Cadillac went and she had to get a new one - unfortunately most places won't install it due to the close proximity to the control panel - LUCKILY she came here and an amazing salesperson put it in for her!! 5-stars

Advanced auto is a little more pricey than the other auto part stores but you can almost guarantee that they are going to have the part you need and in my experience the employees are always willing to go out of their way to make sure I'm satisfied and I get what I need.
