Advance Auto Parts

Every time I go to Advance I get customer service. They always offer to put on wipers. I have never had a problem there. The prices are comparable to the other stores. Go here!

They have everything you need and if they don't they can get it for you. Great customer service. Plenty of on site parking. They accept cash and cards and are wheelchair accessible.

I went in for Coolant and there was a young man who helped Me as soon as He realized I couldn't find it. Also the Manager Ben helped Me with recommendations as I may need to get car looked at by a mechanic. Thank You Gentleman!

I went to this store for an auto part but they did not have it. Alyss, who is a sales representative there, took the time to research the item and find the nearest store that carried it. She had the other store pull the item for me and hold it at the front desk. When I got there, it was waiting for me. I appreciate all the help Alyss gave me and I appreciate her very much. She also took the time to walk the floor to help me with my other supplies.So the next time you give them a visit, give Alyssa a shout out.. (not really sure of the spelling of the sales representatives name but I believe it was Alyss or Alyssa). I'm actually on my way there now to see her again.

Always good to stop by for parts every so often. Staff us helpful and friendly. They trade in old batteries when you buy a new one which is nice. Last time I was here, one of the staff put my windshield wipers on for me. I felt kinda bad because it was about 16° out, but he did it so fast, faster than I ever could, and never complained!

Went today to get wiper blades and the girl that was working around 4pm was so helpful. She put the blades on and we were having a problem with getting them to work thinking a fuse blew putting them on but it was as simple as the hood not being closed that wouldn’t allow them so work until the hood was closed I guess for safety reasons . She was amazing and did everything she could to get my wipers working !!

Always a great experience. Very helpful. All the employees are great. Katie is definitely one if my favorites, she's always quick to help and always brings a smile to my face.

Ben is the best, he was honest and concise and helped me and was very professional the entire time. Helped me with a specific Prius battery problem and educated me on my corroded battery

Mia was awesome! I accidently bought the wrong windshield wipers online (found out after she installed them, which I'm happy to see that you offer this as a free service). She helped me pick out the correct ones, installed them for me, and to top it off did a hassle - free return. A+!!!

The male staff is always honest with me after I convey to them the nonsense mechanics put me through just to get money outta me because they see me as a naive person who knows nothing re: car parts. Advanced Auto parts has checked my alternator for free along with other little things that turned out to be absolutely nothing. I've saved money from NOT listening to mechanics, & trusting Advanced Auto Parts instead! Very pleased with their service...

Walked in for replacement bulbs for my rear tail lights and the staff found the correct bulb within a few minutes and I was done.

Better quality parts then AutoZone. Prices are reasonable, the counter help could be more experienced or knowledgeable. Overall a very good experience.
