Jacki was absolutely fantastic today. I came in first thing this morning. I'd had a cartridge explode and leak everywhere. She went above and beyond cleaned out my battery. Made sure everything was working properly. She even replaced the malfunctioning cartridge. They're so fantastically helpful in here. I will definitely be back in. Keep up the great work!

I'm a regular. Mike V. was helpful, savvy, and knew how to direct me to the items and price points I was shooting for. Always a good experience there. Mike's somebody is go to in the future if I was being indecisive.

Tim was very helpful in explaining the differences in edibles. He is vary patient with customers as they decide what products to buy. This was my first visit to Nice Guys and I will be back because of people like Tim.

Jacob was very informative on some of the strains I was interested in. He helped me pick out what I wanted based of the effects I was looking for. Great personality I would definitely go check him out

Very happy with Shayla! My 1st time ever, so very happy with her service and taking the time to listen to my needs! My 2nd visit equally happy with her help and patiently answering my questions.

I was drawn in by the stache. And I left with the dankest weed and a new friend. Talk about Mr. Nice Guy, well Jacob is Mr. REALLY nice guy. Like really really nice. I had a super bad cowlick that day and he didn’t say a word, even though he definitely noticed it. Additionally, I made a borderline dark humor/edgy joke and he laughed at it. I know that that probably made him uncomfortable but he wanted to make sure I felt welcomed. Jacob even showed me pictures of his strange looking cat, Yogi, as well as his “mentor”, some philosopher named John Kuzcko.

Rodgers is phenomenal and deserves a raise!!! He is the sole reason why we keep coming back! Wish Upper management would fix the point system it's embarrassing that the service is first class but, the point system sucks like we have close to 70,000 points and I wasn't allowed to get my free pack of papers like usual because the point system is a hit and miss on whether it's going to work or not that day and I Bigger discount or prizes for loyal customers like us would be nice. All an all if the owner could just revamp the point system and make it work on the technological side Mr. Nice guy can and would blow every other dispensary out of the water especially with Roger's outstanding customer service skills!!!

Best Dispensary in Astoria!!!!!!! Jeremy is so knowledgeable and really know alot about pot. Mr. Nice Guy's two week guarantee on cartridges is unbelievable and the prices are really affordable. I won't be going any other place except the one with that smiley face!!!!!!
