I love this post office! Saturday hours are great and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

I have had GREAT experiences at this post office. An employee named Rich✨ was so very kind to help me locate a package that was marked returned to sender because it was missing information. He diligently searched for it and he found it!!!! This is one of the busiest times of the year with a ton of packages at the post office and he found mine. EXCELLENT customer service and I am so grateful!!!!🤗

I had a package returned to me in march, and it didnt get back here until may. In my attempts to acquire said package I talked to three employees total. All conversations were calm, cool, and collected. I talked to them like people and got the same from them. By the time I got my package back, they really helped me out and I appreciate it so much. I hope more people using the post office learn patience and respect for others. It really does pay off. Thanks again

When a package wasn’t delivered yesterday, I called and spoke to Leon. He said he would get more information and follow up with me the next day. This morning I received my call from Leon explaining that our postal woman didn’t deliver our package because she was worried that the rain would damage it. Thank you to Leon for following up so quickly & our postal woman for taking care of our package!

I've gone to this location quite a few times and I've always had good experience shipping stuff and getting letters. Recommended!

So, I live far away but had a gift sent from overseas to a relative in Pottstown. The overseas sender messed up the address and USPS HQ was about to return the package until the staff at this post office intervened. They took the time to locate the package and hold it for my relative. All my relative had to do is show ID to pick the gift and that went smoothly. All in all, a great experience with the staff at 760 E Hight St USPS office in Pottstown.

I don't know what everyone is complaining about. I get some great mail and packages sent to me as surprise gifts. I guess I could knock one star off because they put a completely wrong name on the package but it's the thought of the gift that really counts.

Tellers are always courteous, but I'd like to put a special shoutout to Maria who is always so friendly and extra helpful, takes the extra time to make sure you have everything you need and know your next steps, and always has a smile.

The clerks who work at the Pottstown office, are very pleasant, and effective. If anything goes awry in the back room...they get it sorted out!

I had a really nice experience with this older gentleman who unlocked our jammed mail box and delivered my package to my house
