The staff here go above and beyond! I fell in love with a bag, when I went back out was gone... And they found one and had it shipped. Not only that, but I needed the receipt weeks later for warranty registration and they found my order, and mailed me a copy. Thank you! I will definitely buy my next bag here.

Mori is pretty much the only independent luggage store in town and they are on their game. The selection and staff top any alternative, which is pretty much a department store. I took my sister here to buy her a carry-on suitcase. I'm a road warrior and the woman who helped us was patient with my questions and provided intelligent suggestions. Within 20min of walking in, we were out the door toting a well-priced rolling suitcase. #Atlanta #PerimeterMall #Luggage
