A Gem in Postal Service: Always Exceptional Experience in Glassboro

I can't help but share my consistently positive experiences here. From minimal wait times and friendly, informative staff to a clean and well-maintained space, it's evident that the team here is committed to providing exceptional service. I'm glad that I moved to Glassboro and finally have a good post office.

The staff members are not only friendly but also incredibly informative. A special mention goes to Tom -- I finally asked the clerk's name who always helps me! Tom's warm greetings and genuine kindness make each visit enjoyable. It's clear that he loves what he does, and this passion reflects in his interactions with customers.

I have been going to the Glassboro post office for the last 10 years. I am always surprised at how friendly the staff are.. more recently. I had an opportunity to have help from both Tom and Yvette, and both were amazingly professional, and so hospitable in their service.. if I could give them 20 stars, I would wholeheartedly do so. Thank you so much Tom and Yvette for being so wonderful for all you do.

I was there last week for my kiddos passport and the lady was really helpfull, she made sure everything was correct and right. Will be back for other service that we will need in the future

Really pleasant staff, they always greet me and help me figure out how to get the best shipping rates for my cross country shipments.
Also I love the little zen area at the entrance, its so welcoming and cute! Very thoughtful.

The absolute nicest people work here. I actually drive a town over just to send from this post office because they are so warm and welcoming. They always greet everyone with a smile, they are friendly, polite, calm, and best of all, they don't make me feel like I'm bothering them when I arrive with a bag full of pre-paid packages (I sell on Etsy). Every time I usually apologize profusely for the amount of stuff I bring, but they just simply congratulate me for my sales and we have polite chit-chat while my items are being scanned in. I cannot say enough about this post office and their people. SO friendly, SO helpful, and I appreciate them SO much. Thank you for being the kindest around!!!

Tommy was amazing! I had an attitude at 1st and he still went above and beyond to help me. He called the other post office and then the mail carrier. Said he will call me if he gets ahold of the mail carrier. Sure enough after 2 minutes of leaving he called me back. I got my mail thanks to Tom and Seth. I appreciate the extra mile you went for me!

Tom, I think his name was, goes way beyond what is expected as a post master. Immediately helping anyone in the room, Joe was not hesitant to help everyone with a smile. Overall 10/10 experience here compared to 2-3 years ago.

The Glassboro Post Office is great. Jamar is friendly and provides fast knowledgeable service. The other clerks are just as polite. They rotate the music every day from jazz to R&B to classic rock so that it's never elevator music, and you never have to wait too long anyway, but if you did, it's a clean place too.

This is the best post office in my general area. I will drive out of my way to deal with this USPS. Stand alone, G-Boro PO has the most friendly workers behind counter. I actually enjoy convos and BS’ing here! Never a big line (2-3 people in line max every time I ship 2-3 times a week). Also, always stocked with Priority shipping supplies. Others in the area seem to always be out of padded envelopes, or even medium boxes sometimes!!! Just drive the extra miles to Glassboro because the time and frustration you save is a ten fold payback. This is how a post office should be run.

Their post master is so nice. He noticed that I only had a small package to ship and was going to pay for tape. The post master just taped it for me. The rest of the staff are always very nice and friendly.

It is such a clean facility, and the staff is so friendly. The postmaster went out of his way with customer service! I felt welcomed the moment i opened the doors.
