The staff was super nice and served the customers rather quickly. The food was hot and extremely tasty. The tables were kept clean and the bathrooms were really clean. All the drinks were filled up and I didn't have to wait for someone to fill it up. Overall it was a great place to eat.

It goes without saying that the food at CAVA is always phenomenal, but what really makes it one of my #1 go to places for carry out meals throughout the week is the exceptional service consistently given by the staff. Marquises and Nay both went above and beyond to create delicious bowls and provided much appreciated suggestions for added toppings that made an already outstanding dinner even better, and they were both so welcoming and helpful it just served as a reminder of how much I appreciate it when someone goes above and beyond to provide fantastic customer service and what a value it is to a business. As someone who spent years in the food and beverage industry, I know first hand how tough a job it can be and it’s why I’m all the more impressed when I receive service of such impeccable standards as these two girls provided. Thank you both again Marquises and Nay for making me such a delicious meal and for making the experience so easy and enjoyable!! You are both tremendous assets to your employer!

My wife and I love this place. Their pita wraps and bowls are superb. Mediterranean food is one of our favs and this place is one of the best in the area. They can get busy at lunch so ordering ahead is helpful. They also offer curbside. I always get the Greek Chicken pita wrap but neither of us have had a dish there that wasn't excellent.

It is so good thank you thank you thank you. I gave you five stars for everything. also, this was my first time coming here. I had never heard of it. I’m just returning home from Florida. I’m not sure if they had one. I don’t remember seeing one, but this is so good thank you.

Popped in here for lunch on Saturday and decided to sit a spell. Great 4 member team working that day😊 the line was not stopping but Destinee was great at check out - super kind, friendly and patient. If you see Sidd walking around with fresh, hot pita chips have one and then go buy some! They were fantastic with my Greek Salad. If Sidd recommended it I ate it or drank it. 😅 Great casual dining experience, 👍🏽 Keep it up. (Halfway through the salad in the pic...lol sorry)

Today was my first time stopping by and I LOVE THE FOOD but the staff was AMAZING TOO! Alexa was very patient, informative, and helpful! If you’re wanting to give it a try, I suggest you come to this location! The manager was super helpful too!! I’ve definitely found my new favorite Mediterranean spot!

Love this place! My friend just moved to Alabama and we’re here in Huntsville looking for a good place for lunch, and we came across Cava. Sid, Destiny, and Nay were very friendly and gave us great service! The food was INCREDIBLE! And I love how eco friendly and health conscious they are. I wish more places were Ike this. Amazing place to go! We’re in love!

I finally got to try Cava here in Huntsville and I am so glad they are here. The food is amazing - light and fresh. I’ve had other Mediterranean fast casual that was greasy, salty and heavy. Not Cava! The vegan options are amazing - I had the garlic dressing and preserved lemon vinaigrette and I had to check the menu three times to make sure they were vegan, they were that good! And everything else on my build-your-own bowl was mouthwatering. My only complaint on this visit was that I asked for arugula and got cilantro instead. I told the server repeatedly that the greens looked like cilantro and she assured me it was arugula. She did ultimately offer to let me get different greens but I said no. When I got home and ate my food, it was indeed cilantro (as you can see in the video!). Good think I love cilantro too, just really wanted arugula that day. All in all, will definitely be visiting again and again. Thanks for coming to Huntsville!

I came here with my husband, and it was just what we needed after a long work week. Alexa and Mary could not have been friendlier, and the food was excellent. Wonderful service and really unique, delicious food!

I tried CAVA for the first time not too long ago, and I LOVE it! I've already been several times, and it's always a hit! It's easy to dine there as a vegan, and there are plenty of options, so you don't even have to get the same thing all the time. I especially love the schug sauce and falafel, but everything tastes so good and fresh! Highly recommend!

Mary, the front line worker was incredible. Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful. The food is incredible and the recommendations were spot on. Will definitely be back to try the spicy lamb meatball pita.

Came in for a midday meal, Sid promptly greeted me. Little did I know, the fantastic customer service that awaited me, she was so friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. She made suggestions that I had never tried but ended up loving. She also made my day even better. She is just such an all around nice person. These type of experiences with customer service these days are far and few and Sid exceeded. This location will surely be a part of my meal rotation!

I want to what an excellent job the staff do at this location. On the past the service has has been that good, but with Sidd, Tracy and I am not sure of the 3rd person but her name started with J. They did excellent. They were all smiles and calm with a long line. Great job.

My family and I visited Cava today on Whitesburg Dr. We were greeted by an employee, Marquita P. Being our first time at Cava, she was very helpful, friendly and polite! The food was delicious. Needless to say, my family enjoyed it and we’re looking forward to trying other items on the menu.

I've been to the Cava on Whitesburg several times now and the customer service has been very good every time I've been so far. For me It's been a great alternative to fast food. Overall their food is awesome, both quality and taste, and their sauces are delicious and would probably make any combination of food options taste good. They also have a great selection of drinks and their sweet tea is pretty good.

One of my favorite places to visit. Awesome staff and it’s always clean and food is always fresh.
