Awesome hole in the wall type of place- from the outside it doesn’t look like an awesome choice but the food is actually outstanding.

Very great service and clean inside! Very careful with allergies and lots of food for what you pay for! The chicken is so flavorful and the hummus is light and fresh!

A new favorite for a casual lunch or dinner!

BPG has the best gyros in Huntsville. They are absolutely delicious and made with perfection. I've tried various things here, and there's nothing I haven't liked, honestly. Today, I tried their gyro philly cheesesteak. It's really delicious and filling. Potato edges were crispy, hot, and perfect. Staff was pleasant.

Love this place! Fresh , delicious Greek cuisine that is sure to please! And the Mango smoothies are amazing! Fries are cooked to perfection with a crispy exterior. Gyros are a favorite!

bright blue paint on the walls with picturesque arches and statues. You may think you're in Greece as you enjoy their authentic food. I did not try their smoothies. But I heard they are wonderful. I sat outside on a lovely 73° day enjoying my fries and chicken panini. The taste was outstanding.I'm glad the person at the local hotel recommended this place. My food was ready in less than 5 minutes, piping hot.

Authentic Greek food, but make it local! Everything here is delicious and so fun to try. The location is a great spot for lunch with friends or an evening meal with the family. AND coming this Spring you will be able to dine at the new Downtown Huntsville location!

This is hands down. The best Greek food you can get in Huntsville. I've grown up in Greek restaurants and tons of Mediterranean restaurants. Papa Gyro consistently has amazing fresh food and delicious flavors in their gyro meat and tiziki sauce. I will always recommend this place and love being able to go. Very affordable and good portions. Be warned during the week the lunch line will be out the door.

All around best meal we have had in Huntsville in a long time. A must try! Variety for the whole group. We have picky eaters that ordered hamburgers. The food was fresh and tasty!!

Big Papa Gyro is a great little dinner with a huge tasty menu to offer. The " Big Papa Gyro" is just the right size for a large appetite. And the fries that can come with it are hot and fresh!
I've had my share of Gyros ( Donar Kebabs) and this one was absolutely great!

I will recommend for anyone that wants a charge from the average!

The ideal lunch spot around MidCity. I am consistently impressed with the quality of food from Big Papa.

Had a wonderful Lamb and beef gyro, very flavorful and the meat was juicy and tender. French fries were super crispy and the baklava was some of the best I had ever had. Will definitely come again and try out some other things off of the menu.

Fantastic gyros!! We're talking thick, chonky, meaty goodness with delicious veg and tzatziki sauce. And OMG the fries!! Best fries IN THE CITY. Been to a lot of places, nobody gets both the crisp and fluffy the same but this place. And y'all, I have got to proudly say that I have only ever been able to eat the whole meal ONCE because they are so big and filling. Really good food for your money, I fully recommend. One and only issue I've ever had was with the thermostat in the place, it can be a little warm on super busy days, but that's normal I guess.

If you want a damn good gyro, come here. if you haven't had a gyro before, come here and order the one with lamb. You'll either hate or love the fries (I love them). Cost like 12 dollars and it's worth it.

Delicious food, generous portions and friendly service. I had the Big Papa Gyro. It was packed with tasty, tender gyro meat, an abundance of finely diced veggies, feta cheese and the perfect amount of tzatziki sauce. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. This is one of the best Gyro sandwiches I have ever tasted.

This is our favorite place! We’ve been going here to eat since we met (my hubby and I). I al sways forget to review it. They have a fast and good service. The food OMG it’s something else. We love their Big Papa’s Gyro, falafel, fries, Fiesty feta, hummus, baba ghanoush, side of pita bread, Baklava for dessert. Great atmosphere, Greek music, fast service and everything it’s served fresh. We were 3 and the 3 of us order the Big Papa’s Gyros and shared the sides. The Baklava was to go, just for me 😁

We were in the mood for some Mediterranean delight and happened upon this little gem! The food was reasonably priced, and the quality of the food was top-notch! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for wonderfully put-together Mediterranean dishes.

I have been going to this restaurant for years and it is the reason I love Greek food!! My go to order is their Big Papa Gyro with fried and a mango smoothie which are delicious!! Their service is pretty fast and also friendly. They allow both indoor and outdoor seating. I have never had bad food or service at this restaurant!

This was a great find in the area for an authentic Gyro...huge menu with an assortment of offerings that are sure to please even the pickiest of eaters! The dining area has beautiful pictures of the Greek country and feels welcoming. If your looking for that taste of Greece and good food with great prices I say try this out. It all smells fabulous, and what we tried tastes that way...

First time visiting, I got the Big Papa Gyro and a side of onion rings. Everything was great. The bread was soft and the meat had good flavor, lots of veggies and sauce. Couldn't ask for a better gyro.

Great food overall. The Gyros are stuffed with lettuce and should have more meat IMO. The tables are too low for the chairs they have m, but the chairs are comfy for diner style chairs. The restaurant was busy but the food came out in under 5 minutes.
