Absolutely wonderful service! I've had such a hard time finding shoes that fit my wide feet, but the last at this shop helped me!

My sales person was extremely knowledgeable, and patient, definitely recommend!!!!!!!

The facility was very clean and organized. The staffed was steadily busy assisting with duties and customers. We went in shopping for my sons shoes for the new school year. I was also browsing for shoes for myself. I quickly learned that there were no size 14 shoes available For men. I browsed pretty much through the entire men’s section several times and only found one pair of sandals that carried a size 14. I’m sure there may have been others. It’s a pretty big store, but I was pretty sure to cover the entire section. My son did find a pair of shoes for school, and with the purchase, they gave him a really nice sketchers backpack, which is really nice. The experience was easy. The cost of the shoes were a bit pricey and on the high side, even the ones on sale. The store hours are convenient and very typical. I would come back and I would definitely recommend shopping here.

I gave this particular location a 1 because upon entering the store, neither of the two female employees greeted me or asked if I needed assistance with anything. I absolutely love Sketchers and I was excited to purchase the same shoes I purchase every 8-10 months. I am in the location now, dressed very professionally and am still being ignored. It's ok...there are other locations. Need I say that I will never return to this location or did you figure it out?
