Adam The Computer Guy

I have consistently used Adam on and off for 20 years now. He has always taken Very good care of me and my hardware and software needs. Back when I first met Adam and started using his services I even had a small personal blog type website. Adam still to this day amazes me with his Web design capabilities and his computer repair and software knowledge. Recently I have become a “new blind “as in I have become, diagnosed with diabetic retinopathy. I have already had one I removed and my other eyes going bad. . I explained to Adam exactly what I needed done and he was able to remotely install the screen software for me and get it set up to my needs and also point out some great features that comes with windows. I will always use Adam for my computer repair needs, Software needs, and computer maintenance needs Adam is very patient, well mannered, and respectful of the needs that I require and until the day that I don’t use computers anymore, I will always continue to use Adam and his services

Truly a great experience! The price was amazing compared to so many other people, the same day Adam came to my apartment and fixed my mac within an hour. Communication and honesty on the project were amazing and clear and my computer was totally fixed and reset within an hour! I HIGHLY recommend. He is super nice and very educated with his craft and I will be hiring Adam again for future issues I may have....and safety in 2024 is so important especially for those who may live alone. Just very happy to meet a friendly face and have such a great experience in 2024 while feeling safe and having someone who feels like a friend come into your space to help you fix an annoying problem (TECHNOLOGY LOL)! My laptop wouldn't come on so I took it to a local well known store, but they were 2 weeks behind to even look at my computer. So, I saw Adam's great reviews and decided to give him a call. He checked out my computer and said it needed replaced. He researched and told me what computer would be adequate and where to buy it, and transferred everything over & had me back up and running in 3 hours! He is very knowledgeable and knows what he's doing! Reasonably priced, too! I highly recommend!

Adam has remotely helped me fix several issues on a few different computers I own. He is always very thorough and explains what he is doing every step of the way. His customer service is top notch and his prices are unbeatable. With Adam, you not only get excellent tech support, you also get a friend!

Adam was able to fix my printer problems in less than 10 minutes. He was ready to come at my home within 2 hours of my call. He was helpful and honest about using his services vs alternatives. I would definitely call him again if I have issues.

My PC crashed yesterday. I called Adam. He came home, took the hard disk ,copied all the data for me. He finished the work during the same a afternoon and charged me only for an hour. I will recommend him highly for your computer repair work.

Great dude! Very knowledgeable. I thought my computer issue was a lot bigger than it seemed thankfully it wasn’t! He explained all of the working parts well and why my problem happened. Very fast as well, Micro Center said they’ll take two weeks to run a diagnosis but when I called, he came in the same day!

Adam the Computer Guy should add miracle man and magician to his qualifications! After finding out the company I used formerly no longer did computer repair, found Adam by doing a Google search and reading the good reviews. I called Adam at approximately 7pm in the evening hoping to get an appointment with him over the next 2 days. Adam was willing to come the same evening if it was okay with me! Okay? You mean I don't have to load my car up with all this stuff and come to you? You are going to come to my home AND come within the next couple of hours? My reply was a simple ABSOLUTELY; as I was eager to fix my computer(s) and printer issues. It was interesting to watch him work on all 3 of my computers (yes, 3) at the same time! Oh, and let's not forget the printer and it's issues as well. Adam was able to achieve everything needed to get all of my equipment running properly AND he hauled away my old computer things for recycling as well. I think I have a new best friend! He has just been added to my speed dial list!

Really outstanding gentleman. He didn't have to help me with my oddball issue at entirely off business hours but he went out of his way to address my IT related issues...on a Sunday morning mind you! Seriously, need more guys like him in the industry. Server up and running! Happy days...happy days!

I texted Adam from my cell phone and he responded in a very short time. Unlike a lot of computer repair places, Adam makes house calls. This proved invaluable in solving the problems.

Adam was at my house about an hour later. I was having problems accessing the internet from my home computer. The computer could not find any Wi-Fi networks with which to access the internet. Adam correctly diagnosed the problem as me using an adapter which was close to 30 years old. He inserted a more modern adapter and this resolved the problem.

Adam also deleted and re-installed Google Chrome. This helped resolve some other problems I was encountering.

Had I brought the computer to an outside repair shop, I probably would not have brought the 30 year old adapter with me and it would have been impossible to determine that this was the problem. His coming to my house proved to be invaluable in resolving the problem.

Overall he did a wonderful job and I highly recommend him.

Contacted Adam, based on Google reviews, about fixing a computer issue I was having. He was prompt to call me back and was able to come out the next day (on a Sunday). My computer had lost data and he was able to get us up and running as quickly as he could. My internet service is very slow so it took a bit more time than he had hoped but he assured me he would stay until he knew everything was working properly. His cost is reasonable and I would highly recommend him and will use him for any future needs!

I highly recommend his services and he is my go-to guy for any computer issues I may have in the future! My desktop got the blue screen of death and I could not figure out how to correct it. I called Adam, he took my computer, in the end he had to reinstall Windows 10. He did a great job diagnosing the problem, took great care with backing up all my files and all at a reasonable price!

Update: First, I guess I cannot add another review but another service Adam provides is as a Notary. I had a situation where I was selling a property in PA (I live in Columbus Ohio). Adam helped me go through all the paper work, stamped and signed everything. We only had to do it once, all was done correctly then sent to my Realtor in PA. Adam was thorough, knowledgeable and got the job done!

My computer problem was not fixable, but Adam replied within minutes to let me know exactly what I should do and a recommendation for how to proceed. Really appreciated his honest advice.
