Been a customer for two years. Never a problem. Friendly, courteous, efficient, and some of the clerks know my name. Very good, small-town service.

Amazed by all the bad comments. I know everyone's experience is different, but coming from a big city, where mail service is totally impersonal and no one seems to care, I find the friendly, personal, small town feel of this place wonderful. Sure, it can get a bit slow if a lot of people show up at once, but there's almost always only one clerk, so there's only so much they can do at a time. But when there's been any problem with my mail, I felt like they were actually concerned and wanted to help solve it.

I completely disagree with the other ratings on here! I ship packages out of this branch everyday, and everyone I deal with is very nice to me and my rambunctious toddler. I understand more than most the gripes of dealing USPS but it is no way the employees at this particular offices fault.

Not sure why the rating is low. Every time I come, the experience is quick and pleasant. The lady I see every time is courteous. Not much waiting time, either.

Never had a bad experience at this post office. Workers are friendly, knowledgable and efficent.

I don’t understand the poor ratings given to this branch. I have always received excellent service from the workers here .

Everyone is so nice, sometimes it gets slow cause they all talk and know each other but they are all very nice and professional

So much better than Milford. This one women (reddish hair) always goes out of her way to assist. I witnessed her get asked for a box and she came out with one box for the customer and a few more for the shelf, that's excellent customer service 👍

The quality of customer service has improved at this post office noticeably in the past year. The gals behind the desk always seem to have a smile and good attitude and a helpful demeanor. Compared to a year ago or more, the staff are a pleasure to deal with now. Maybe the poor customer service historically was due to bad management in the past. Keep up the good trend and good work!

And for those who don't like a little chit chat between the employees and the patrons: welcome to a small town, where friends and neighbors care about and communicate with each other. This is one reason I moved to PA after 33 years living in Jersey.
