Fantastic service! We were greeted at the door and Anthony was available to help us. He was very kind and helped us find the perfect mattress. I’m glad we came to the store in Dedham, it was a great experience all around.

Great experience from beginning to end. The team made me feel very welcomed and answered all my silly questions. They went above and beyond in working on getting me the friend’s referral coupon savings. I’m excited to get my new sleep number next week.

We had a very knowledge attentive sales man, his name was Zacarie. He showed us some beautiful beds and answered all our questions. He was instrumental in convincing us to buy our bed.

I decided to take advantage of the Massachusetts tax-free weekend and purchase a bed. Upon entering the store, I was greeted with a smile by Jeremy, who is based in Connecticut but assisting with the busy Dedham store. He was an extremely pleasant and humorous SN Representative. Jeremy was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining and answering questions I had about the beds. I was able to make an informed decision about the best bed for my sleep. Thank you, Jeremy!

I love my Sleep Number bed, however recently something happened with the bed and I might need it repaired or something adjusted. You put the bed together so you can see all of the parts that make up the bed system, there aren't that many. Art the manager at the Dedham, MA store was awesome willing to help me over the phone, I was shocked and I told him I was! It looks like I should be able to get this resolved or I'll definitely update my review!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our shopping experience at Sleep Number in Dedham. Art was a gracious and patient salesperson and helped make us comfortable in our purchase decision; we never felt pressured to buy and he always gave us his full attention the entire time we were in the store (two visits, actually). Highly recommended.

The staffs are amazing! I must say, i never felt pressure from them to buy and every questions that we had were answered with a smile. I would recommend anyone to try Sleep Number mattresses all the time.....

Diana Berman was my sales person. She was very attentive the moment I walked in the store. She had informative answers for all of my questions. She really knows a lot about sleep number beds and accessories. I bought 2 mattresses to replace my old Temperpedic ones. I was so happy to find out I could do that. I bought new sheets for them & two new amazing pillows I learned about that are perfect for a side sleeper like me. There is a shoulder cutout. I was able to try the pillow on the bed I chose. Perfection. Then I was analyzed with the sleep IQ
It was educational about my sleeping needs.

Duana spent quality time making sure my experience at sleep number was personalized to my needs. She asked the right questions to find out what I was looking for in a sleep number bed. OMG Fantastic guys at the Dedham store! They listened to my wife and myself as we described what we were looking for. I really didn't feel like we were being "sold" something. I would absolutely buy again.

Costumer service was excellent although i entered the store 2 minutes before closing i was greeted and giving a pleasant tour and experience as if it wasnt time to close. It was the best service and i have been looking for a bed in many stores

The Dedham Sleep Number still are the employees were great they made me feel comfortable went through all the information I needed to know and I would highly recommend them

Bit pricey, sign says 50% off in the window but that's not true. Don't purchase the sheets there because you can find them online for much cheaper. Also, they say free shipping on your bed but actually charge you $200.

Excellence staff at the Dedham office, Reid, All to name a couple there was a young gentleman there also very friendly, helpful, professional and funny …..
We bought our SleepI8 there a couple of years ago and love it ….
