Denise is a rockstar. She was very knowledgeable about passport/ state dept info and how to send our passports for renewal. She even helped us save $10 on shipping. Possibly the best post office interaction of my life.

My husband and I had an 11:30am appointment, Wednesday 9/7/2022 at Post office in South Weymouth to bring our passport applications and other documents needed. Worked with Brittany and she made it painless . She was efficient and pleasant. We thank her.

I have sent 10 packages this past year and each one was through this Post Office. I have had no troubles with them really. Majority of the women that work at the counter are informative and have great attitudes! One of them is crabby but she does her job & leaves you alone. I had a mishap where I accidentally thought I could drop off a priority package in one of the blue mail boxes outside their Post Office. In a nutshell a worker solved the issue for me and my parcel was delivered on time! This location can sometimes get a little crowded but I've never waited in line longer than 5 minutes to be seen. I give them 5 stars!
