Build-A-Bear Workshop

I've been coming to this location for a while now and I've always had a good experience. I was here a few days ago with my son to get his frog repaired and to buy clothes. The customer service here is always amazing and the workers make the experience fun for both me and my son. I do think if you work here you have to like kids and be kid friendly. The workers here are always kind and helpful. You never know what someone is going through. And its unfortunate to see such harsh words being said to someone you don't know especially to call someone "insecure" while hiding behind no name or picture. Shows who hasn't worked a retail job and who has. To those reading I ask to please give this location a chance.

We had my sons 6th birthday party here yesterday and it went really well.
All 3 of the girls working were very kind and patient with the kids and parents. Everyone left happy and my son keeps telling me how much fun he had.

My little man had a great time putting his animal together. I lot of people but under control. The parents have just as much fum
