Starbucks

Went not long ago today to try the drink pictured. They're always friendly and welcoming. Of course, traffic is usually busy, but that doesn't stop the flow and no ones ever gotten out of character, in my experience or trips there, or been rude. This morning was a little different. We were tapped while waiting in line. Meaning, the baristas were left waiting at the window for me and all following traffic, along with more consumers pulling in. For protocol I dial 911. I essentially thought maybe it was my break pedal that made the little crunchy noise because of the way I was pressing on it. But then Id just realized I never lifted my foot to begin with. I wasn't really worried or upset that it happened at all once I realized what was happening. However, I didn't pull forward remembering the crunch. I'm in an SUV and the driver behind me was in a sedan. No one got upset, honked, blurted out anything offensive, nothing. Everyone, in line behind us, and baristas at the window, just waited patiently. We eventually get to the window, I forgot about my wanting to pay-it forward with all that had just happened. I apologized to the service team at the window for the hold up. And, they were so kind, apologizing to me and asking if I was ok. I letnthen know that I just wanted to try the new drink and get my baby his cake pop but that we were good. They handed me my drink and sweetly only charged me what I would e have only paid for if I'd just gotten a regular hot coffee with sugar and cream. The girl in the car and myself eventually made not out of line with our purchases, met in the parking lot beside the Starbucks, we realized that there really wasn't much to fuss about. I told her that I hoped she had a great day, & to enjoy her coffee, we hugged and parted ways. I enjoyed my coffee. SO GOOD and my kiddo enjoyed his cookies and cream cake pop😇 worth the trip and incident♥

So I ordered the iced creme brulee latte and it was delicious. I must say for the$6.50 I paid for the drink it was 60% ice and 40% coffee but it's Starbucks right. I'm not a fan of their food in general so I didn't buy anything,just a personal choice. All and all in a while I treat myself to a delicious iced concoction from Starbucks. I also love the variety of non dairy (milks) they offer .

I always get the same thing- white chocolate mocha! It always tastes great. The baristas were friendly and worked well together. The place was a little busy but nothing unusual for a Starbucks.

My favorite Starbucks across all of the U.S. The staff here is exceptional. Fantastic customer service and always friendly.

Seating accommodations both indoor and outdoor are great as well.

I visit almost daily. The employees are so nice always have a smile on their face. Very attentive even at the busiest times of the day.

A heads up: this is absolutely the busiest Starbucks in Marion County, so expect a wait especially in the mornings and afternoons. However, with that being said, the employees are great! I absolutely adore Michkara, Ira, Andrew, Emily, Shanel, Riley, Opal, Maddie and Emily! They did get a new manager who is much friendlier than the last one. My drink orders are always on point and everyone is always so nice to me! Parking is insane but there is a full parking lot behind the store! Drive thru can get crazy during their busy times so be prepared for the wait! But mostly…. Remember that this is in fact the busiest Starbucks in the county, so when visiting during busy times, give the baristas a bit of a break and understand they’re working as fast as they can and doing their best to make sure your orders are correct, Show them some compassion and patience! I know we’re all in a hurry to get where we’re going, but it was also our decision to make the stop for coffee and we can’t get mad at employees when they’re overworked

Chai latte was delicious with vanilla cold foam! And I really enjoyed their Egg & Cheddar protein box! My new go-to order!

Really sweet people even gave my two kittens cups of whip cream which they enjoyed highly recommend

This place is always packed! But these employees are working hard and I appreciate them. Stopped in today on my Birthday for a treat and as always everything was great! The only complaint I have is the run out of the stuff for the pink drink a lot but again...they are always busy. I would recommend the company open another Starbucks close by.

We have been going to Starbucks every day for almost 20 years I starting bringing my grandchildren and now my great-granddaughter we have shared many wonderful memories some of the girls became friends they helped me through loosing my 7year old grandson's passing its the only place I go Where Everybody Knows My Name it's family it's our Happy Place

Got coffee this morning and they were busy but they were moving quickly and were so pleasant.... never an issue when I come here.

Got the vanilla bean Frappuccino with Carmel drizzle and it was fantastic.

This Starbucks has a full staff of fast workers who are extremely professional and the definition of friendly. Love going here for breakfast.

don’t know the barista’s name but they offered to save my life today.
a bee flew into my car while i was ordering (i’m highly allergic and forgot to grab my epipen today) and the barista offered to get it out of the car for me. 10/10 service, i meant to give a bigger tip but i rushed to the front parking lot due to the threat of death in my backseat. would recommend this location to my friends!

Easy ordering, quick food, just a great experience.

I went with my girlfriend on a holiday to this location. Being that it was a holiday, I could understand workers not being overly excited to be at work. However, the experience we had was so wonderful I do not know where to begin. It is a newer location so they did not have some product and that is completely understandable. They went above and beyond to not only apologize for what they did not have but to recommend alternatives that they did have in stock. It is not the staff’s fault for not having inventory and of course we were not upset, but the way they handled the situation was beyond incredible and not to mention very kind. They treated us so respectfully the entire time I could not be more thankful. I hope I do not mess up the spelling of their names but the workers on shift were Mary, Christian, Jaden, and Nicole. They deserve some recognition for the outstanding work they did, especially on a holiday! Thank you so much for the excellent visit!

Their Iced Chai Tea Latte and Fruit and Cheese Protein Pack are a perfect pair and really hit the spot.

On my newest stop, I was chastised by the staff for not giving my name at the drive thru speaker before pulling up to pick up my order ahead item. Not okay!

Hit or miss at 6am in the morning. You never know if they will be open on my drive to work. Staff is always friendly when they are open. I’ve never been to a Starbucks that was this unreliable

Yum! This was a slushie type drink - lemonade & something - sooooo good!
