Stopped in for the first time today! What an adorable shop, love the light and airy feel in there.

Extra gifts if you're making your own baskets or looking for something fun, just because, cards, soaps, candles, earrings, or just a gift for yourself!

And all the plants, fresh flower arrangements, air plants, the list goes on.

Stopped in for something to celebrate my 9 year old daughter's first play, left the arrangement up to the florist (who was super helpful l, friendly and kind) and she did a knock out job that will be a pleasant surprise!

I wanted to surprise my daughter with flowers today to celebrate her graduating 8th grade. While most girls get flowers at graduation my mom would always surprise me with some delivered to the school instead and I always cherish those special memories. So I wanted to continue this tradition.
Today I walked into the little flower shop in Pittsfield and was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted with a welcome and smile from a helpful employee. She asked what the flowers where for, my price range and what kind of flowers or colors my daughter liked. She was able to create a beautiful arrangement that my daughter absolutely loved.
While it's convenient buying flowers from shaws or other retail places you'll never get asked these simple questions that make the flowers that more special and personalized. Or get great customer service like I did today.

Lovely flowers.

I have ordered from the shop a few times. Arrangements are original and colorful.

I placed an order for specifically 3 yellow roses and 4 additional flowers for my mother's burial a month in advance. I prepaid for them as well. I went to pick them up the morning of the burial to find out that the order was NOT filled and that they did not have any of the flowers I requested. I went to this locations as I needed to have the 3 yellow roses as that was my mothers favorite (one for each of her kids) and the 3 yellow roses had significant meaning in her life. I was told the order wasn't filled because the person who took the order no longer worked there. The new employee had my order card in hand the day I tried picking it up so I do not understand how it wasn't filled. They did try to fix the situation by providing me with what they had that best matched what I order. However, it was nothing that I put down in my original order. I am not very happy and will probably not use this florist again. I would defiantly not recommend for big or important events.
