We love Stephanie at the grooming salon at PetSmart! She has groomed my big Goldendoodle many times and most recently, my shih tzu puppy. She does a great job and my dogs love her. My puppy just got a little trim around his face and his feet. This is right after and a few days later, but he still looks so cute! I love the ease of booking appointments online, but everyone I’ve talked to in the grooming salon has been helpful and friendly on the phone too.

Have a bearded dragon, so I always get my worms and crickets from there. They are always fresh and my dragon loves them.

St Augustine store is the one to visit! Abby groomer is gentle sweet patient and loves to work with our furry friends! Sunny will never go to anyone else again! She is our groomer for good! Sunny came out beautiful smelling great and with no issues! A shout out to you Abby! Thank you for making Sunny happy and mommy too! Now we can grow his hair evenly!

We took our 9-month old puppy in for grooming; we’re spending a month in FL and our normal groomer wasn’t able to get to her before we left. As a nervous puppy mom, I was worried about leaving her, but Sara put me at ease immediately. She was caring and kind and Cali seemed to really take to her. Cali had a great grooming experience and came home not stressed at all. I would highly recommend Sara!

Excellent customer service. My dog hurt her knee, and I tried a combination of leashes and harnesses from their large selection to help take some weight off. They were kind enough to let me return what I didn’t need even though I had lost the tags. I think the result was cute and functional.

It is a small PetSmart in comparison, but clean, well maintained, diverse options and the staff is friendly! YoKo approved!

I highly recommend Cristel for grooming services for your pet! She was friendly, thorough, and knowledgable! She took extra care with our 8 yr old dachshund, who has IVDD. Layla was very pleased with her services, as were we, her parents!

We adopted then jet now flora a month ago, the staff was amazing and the kitten is doing great and loves her new home. Very friendly people.

I went in not really knowing what kind of pet o was going to get... leaning more toward a beta though. Well i ended up getting a hamster and the associates were so helpful on educating me on everything j needed to make him happy as i could. Great experiance!

I took my sweet puppy in today to be groomed. He is a rescue and was severely neglected. He nips when he gets scared. Stephanie H groomed my puppy. She was so patient and sweet and caring with him. And she got him looking like new. I highly recommend her as a groomer. She is fantastic!!
