Dunkin'

I used to live down the street and was here everyday because they’re the bomb!! Now I drive the twenty miles just to get a good iced coffee!! Perfect every time!!

I'm a regular at this location and everything is always perfect however today I did have a slight issue but a young lady named Madison jumped in and solved it immediately and brought me a fresh drink out to my vehicle in a matter of minutes she was professional courteous just awesome five stars across the board she's definitely a keeper

I love this Dunkin location. I go here every week before work. I always have friendly, upbeat service. They're timely and my coffee is always perfect.

My name is Ríco, when I went to the Dunkin donuts on Emil st everybody was kind, professional and on top of their job. Customer service was excellent and my order came out extraordinarily fast and in a timely matter. I believe everybody there deserves a raise.

The new manager Madison is wonderful, I know she'll do great things with the place.

As a Dunkin’ rewards member and frequenter, this is best Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. The staff is always so kind, personable, and upbeat. My coffees are always perfectly made (if you are a Dunkin person, you know that’s uncommon). Mistakes don’t happen often, but if they do, the staff are understanding and take care of you quickly. Every time I come here I’m impressed yet again!

My first time at one. Male was friendly in letting me have a moment to look over menu. I got hashbrowns and coffee. Cause I was half hour early to oil change place being open.

Sean the manager is always very pleasant and the rest of the staff are very nice. My favorite staff to hear through the drive thru is a young man who is always so funny and sweet. His kindness brightens your day. If I ever had a long wait or issue it is solved right away ! My favorite location due to how kind everyone is in the early mornings. Recommend this location for how fast they are and kind!

In late June, some friends and I were staying about half a mile from here, and this was where we'd grab coffee and snacks before heading in to the city. The team working every morning was really cool - the "vibes" of the place were great! Whoever is doing the hiring here is picking good people. And the lady who did the window art is really good at her work, too. I don't normally like to review places like Dunkin or other big national/international chains (who needs to know what Joe Schmoe thought of the 55th Street McDonalds, right?), but this particular Dunkin Donuts was a great little neighborhood spot and this is my way of thanking the people who were working at the times I stopped here.

We ended up going here because every other place required us to have a mask so we tried to find a drive-thru. The service was quick and the products were great. We had several drinks and donuts and were very pleased.

I work near this location, and can rely on them to have my drink within a few minutes. I’ve never had a bad experience with employees, everyone has an awesome attitude, and the drinks are always right! Definitely are the best Dunkin’ in the area.

Quick service. Hot food. Nice workers. What else could you ask for? Egg & cheese wake up wraps always hit the spot. The hasbrowns never disappoint-until you realize you already ate them all and then you wish you got 2 orders.

Drive thru lines are often longer here compared to the relatively nearby Dunkin on Park Street. Both locations have the same great consistency of drinks and quality of service!
Update: I visited on a Tuesday morning around 8:30 and had only 1 car in front of me. The rush hour is probably much more crowded, since this Dunkin is small and seems mainly geared toward the drive thru.

This is my favorite Dunkin. It makes me happy to see so many young adults working with a smile. They look like they have fun at work, and I'm always greeted with a smile.

The drive through is always speedy in the morning. The young man who typically works the window is a ray of sunshine. The manager is happy to set up pre orders and optimizes to get you the best deal.

I was super impressed with the young guys working the afternoon I went into the shop. There were a couple kids that were sent in by themselves by their mom. He was really respectful with them even though they could only afford one donut and had a hard time deciding. Give those guys a raise!
