My daughter and I went there the other day and a gentleman by the name Tiray tested my daughter's car.He did a great job even better than the dealer. Dealer said her Alternator was good and they were wrong, I'd say Tiray did a great job cause it was bad in the long run. I worked for O'Reilly when it was Murray's many yrs back. You don't find to many good worker's like Tiray. I hope he stays working ther.

11-13-23 after seeing a friend that told me about O'Reilly carrying heavy duty big rig parts I went straight there to the Highway 332 location in Lake Jackson and Jon helped me first very respectfully and with a gentle personality that I really appreciated. He was humble enough to recognize that he needed the help of a superior and pointed me to Stephanie who streamlined my process and made it so easy to finalize our account information with a smile. We love our O'Reilly's and now have a closer place for some of our big rig needs. We love our O'Reilly's 😀 Just visited yesterday (11-7-23) and Braiden was a big help getting me situated with my new universal antennas for both of our Nissan Jukes. He was very polite and knowledgeable and we really appreciate his help. He even came out to help me install it. 🤗🤗🤗

I came in for a simple battery for my key fob. Hunter was great over the phone. Hunter and Jon did an excellent job helping me. He even popped off the key fob and replaced the battery for me; then made sure it worked. I greatly appreciate it! Thank y’all 😊

My poor truck was in desperate need of oil so I stopped in here to grab me some. There was no line they had what I was looking for and I was in and out and back on the road in about 10 minutes. The folks there were friendly and helpful and sped me on my way.

I visited two other stores in search of a loaner tool, both claimed to have. Wasted time. They had it, and I was out the door fast. The ( kids ) may not know your car, but they know their business. You will get what you need, the first time...

The battery on my car key went out and not only did the customer service representative (Jonathan) take the time to help me find the correct key battery, he also used tools to replace it on the spot in the key. Saved me time and money. This store always provides amazing service and has very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Highly recommend.

I was staying at the hotel across the street and my truck battery died. I'm not all that knowledgeable but Matt helped me by bringing the battery to my car and giving mine a battery check. He stayed until I had all the information and made sure I was taken care. Luckily, it was only the battery and I'm grateful for his patience.

Joseph helped me, he was very well-mannered greeted me as soon as I came in offered me the O'Reilly points that I can accumulate he was very friendly very respectful. I have been working on my 2005 Chevy Tahoe and he knew I was very stressed out he started cracking some jokes to make me feel better . I recommend this O'Reilly's 100%

This OReilly store has an experienced staff that gets you in and out pretty well. They just expanded their store size so they carry more on site. I am a betty frequent visitor there and they usually have most all of the odd stuff I need.

I had my car battery die overnight. Got a jump, went to the store explained the situation and in 10 minutes we were back on the road with a new battery. Love these guys.
