Great sundaes, huge portions & I really appreciate when they put stuff out for kids to do/play with - fun experience!

Stopped in numerous times this summer. Large portions. Very friendly and accommodating staff. They ran out of waffle cones one time, but they said they could put the ice cream in a dish and add waffle pieces. The young woman decorated my ice cream with waffle cone pieces. I was very impressed.

Wow. So much ice cream at such a reasonable price. Staff is always very friendly. We travel all over and Twisted is the most delicious, the most generous in serving sizes, and the most reasonably priced ice cream place we have ever gone to. I hope they never change. We have been frequenting them for years now.

We’re only a few miles from Twisted so we visit often. The staff are super friendly, the sizes and prices are great, and we love the variety they have!! Definitely recommend 🍦 ❤

This is how customer service is done...

I ordered a two-scoop waffle cone and it was made with Cookie Dough ice cream instead of what I ordered, Cookies and Cream but I didn't discover it until I neared the end of eating the Black Sweet Cherry scoop perched on top. The fellow before me had ordered Cookie Dough ice cream and I could understand how easy it would be to confuse my order. When I went back to the counter, employee Tori apologized for the mix-up and asked (I wish I could recall her exact phrase because it was succinct and was totally customer-focused) essentially "What would you like me to do to fix this?" It wasn't just the words, it was also the sincere tone. It was as if she would have done anything I had asked for, even something as crazy as "give me one scoop of every flavor you have" and I bet she would have done it, with a smile. No doubt the owners already know what an asset they have with Tori. Let this be one more evidence.

Cute ice cream stand with a great selection including "Blizzard" style blended soft-serve, shakes, floats, and a variety of traditional "hard serve" ice cream flavors. Reasonably priced.
