Joann’s had just what I needed for my project. I went in on an early Sunday morning and there was no line and check out with super efficient. I was able to use not only the standard coupon but also my birthday month coupon. Thanks Joann’s!

Online shopping is possible but if you are shopping on their website and the item you need is not in the store nearest to you, they don't transfer to the nearest store for you to pick up, you only have to go to the next town or pay some expensive shipping charges.

They sell good quality

They had great fabric options. The lady at the fabric counter was very helpful and cut me four or five 2" sample strips of different fabrics I was choosing between. I paid around $2 for all the samples, couldn't be happier to be able to make my fabric decision with confidence and not have any surprises when coming home and seeing them in a different light.

I found exactly what I was looking for and so much more and it was all on sale! Not only that, but the cashier there, Anatolia, was so personable and friendly with every customer and when it was our turn to check out, she even let my 5 year old brother scan one of the items because he asked. She was so wonderful and put a smile on all our faces. I'll definitely be coming back.

I did an online pick up order and the experience was A+. I followed the, "I'm on my Way" prompts from my email and when I arrived, I clicked on, "I'm Here." I did not have to call them and under 3 minutes a store associate delivered my purchase to me in a heavy weight paper bag that had been stapled shut. Very pleased with this experience and I will no doubt do online pick-ups with JoAnn in the future.

We had five star awesome service from Cam at checkout. Super friendly and over the top helpful when I was having trouble pulling up my coupon. Most cashiers would have been irritated with me but Cam couldn’t have been nicer! Saving a little money was important because I was getting supplies with hockey team money. Thank you!!

I went there with a basic idea of what I needed and with the help of two store associates left with everything and more, plus a great discount! They have A LOT of fleece!

Went in for fabric and was blown away by their selection. There’s nothing you can’t find and the prices are great. Constantly have things on sale and offer a MUCH bigger variety of things than I thought. Any crafting need you have could be fulfilled in this store. The male employee who was working checkout was the only person there, but was moving people through super quickly while still being super friendly and professional. I left feeling great about my purchase and experience. Definitely would recommend

Joanns' is my favorite craft store in town. They have a good selection, and I love that they always have sales/ coupons. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

I've always been a fan of this store. What inclined me to write about it is their fantastic curbside pickup service!! I've ordered curbside pickup three times now and have been impressed every single time. Someone comes right out the door the minute I pull up. Thank you for your hard work in these awful times!!

Have been doing business with JoAnn's for 20 years. Variety is more than expected. Material, yarns, crafts, home decorations, AND the place to look. One winter I wanted a cheap pair of gloves - found them at JoAnn's 😊.
Fleece at JoAnn's has so much variety and colors - I love the Luxe Fleece.
I also have found jewelry making supplies at a very affordable cost.

Really helped to get me some materials for my buisness.

Always enjoy shopping here. Staff is knowledgeable or will ask another associate or even look online for an answer. They will help take care of any coupon or sales issue and they price match with Michaels and Hobby Lobby. I feel like others have a negative experience because they don't ask and/or make assumptions. A++
