Love it Here! The place has so much character. The leasing agent is helpful and professional, maintenance always responds in a timely manner. No complaints!

Really neat apartments , like what they did for them

The apartments are beautiful however, takes a while for maintenance. Some things they never fix. Also have had a bunch of different managers of the building, hard to keep track.

The auditorium is a good place to hold a meeting. Good space and plenty of seating.

Nice atmosphere...in a nostalgic old HS building that has been nicely remodeled into living spaces with pizzazz!

Business not there anymore

A place that used to be good. Now it's a construction zone that never has parking. You'll walk a block to get to your apartment. Some people smoke pot and cigarettes in their apartments, and there is nothing you can do about it. I had to throw out a bed last January because of how bad it smelt of weed. Called cops numerous times to try to find the Tennant smoking. Nothing was done other than being given a business card. Also, with an influx of contractors moving into the area, there has been more thefts. This will only get worse with a new, 100+ inmate jail being built next to these apartments. You'll have less parking and more criminals visiting their friends in the new giant jail(prison) that will increase taxes and depreciate the property of the area. Have also had maintance issues. The paint is a wreck and the interior foundation brick is crumbling in our apartment. I have brought it up to 3 different managers to no avail. After coming home from a long day of work, you'll park, walk a block, come into your apartment that is falling apart to find out your home smells like smoke, your neighbors dog is howling, and that your Amazon package was stolen. Don't move here.
