A great spot for some ice cream, chip bags "with the works" (thinking walking taco style), and Mexican street corn.

They prepare everything on the fly, so orders tend to take a long but surely there has to be a better way to speed service up a bit? Idk, overall, I like this place but usually turn around if I see a line out the door.

As soon as we walked in we noticed how clean it was, it smelled clean. It was a little bit of a wait due to only two employees working. Kudos to the two ladies working that night ( Saturday 1.7.2023). Even though it was busy they provided amazing service, hope ownership appreciates them and takes good care of them. Hard workers are hard to find nowadays. We got to Tostitos preparados, paletas and a torta. Food was 10/10. Definitely one of the best Michoacanas. Will definitely be back. It's worth the drive.

La Michoacana is a nice place to visit with your family or friends for a sweet bite. The products are always excellent and fresh. They have very good rotation of goods which keeps them always fresh and tasty.

It’s getting a little, pricey but they are also adding so many new items to their menu! Staff also gets you dispatched fast and are very nice and welcoming. Would recommend if you want a quick snack or a even a nice hot tamale or torta!

Great place for summer chill out... lots of Mexican variety icecreams... very yummy.. serving size is huge 😋😋😋 it makes you very happy

The desserts and snacks there are good. Some fruit can be better but what can you do about it in winter not the same when its summer. The service has gotten better. Which I'm sure management has been paying attention to their online reviews, props to them.

Really nice workers there! I don’t know Spanish at all and was a lil nervous going in for my boyfriend but they were all really nice including the woman who I think may have only known Spanish. And really great prices. It was nice to get a large amount of fruit for so little when healthy food usual cost an arm and a leg.

My favorite ice cream flavors are Guanábana and Cappuccino!

Beautiful fresh fruit and juices. The ice cream is awesome too! They made me a green juice that was delish and super packed with greens. Don't worry if your spanish isn't great, they are very friendly and helpful.

Music way to loud... we are at ice cream shop,not a nightclub, customer service is ok depends who's there, you can barely hear or order because of the Music being loud!! That was around 6:20pm

Really awesome staff. If you have ANY questions, they will help you! Don't be afraid to ask them for special requests. They can do a lot.
My favorite is mango, strawberry, and lime sorbet with chamoy sauce, lime, and spice.
They have some exotic ice cream flavors, too, like pine nut and tamarindo.
They have other stuff, too, like popsicles and real food like walking tacos, chips, nachos, fruit, and salad.

Never Had anything bad At this location But There was this one time when we Ordered about 30 dollars worth of things and the cashier charged us Like 250 dollars i dont know how she got to that but me and my dad Were really surprised but she fixed it right away it just a funny experience i wanted to share😂

I always come here for the corn in a cup and yogurt with fresh fruit and ice cream. I haven't ventured much from that because I'll end up buying the whole store everything is so good 😅

The ice cream it's delicious but the service it's to slow with only two attending and the line awaiting of 20 people makes the customer to think about it and go somewhere that will have a faster service.

Best one on the west side. Best mangonadas!!! Be ready to wait! Maybe make A-line for food and one for ice cream..

I drive all the way from McHenry just for the prepare monster and the ice cream because no michoacana in mchenry compares to the taste of this one

This place is a good place to visit with your family because everything that you order taste good and I recomend it 💯.
