Andy's Frozen Custard

My kids ask to go here every time we are in the area of Walmart, Fuller’s Car Wash, or Chick-fil-a. We ent there this afternoon and ordered the build your own concrete/shakes. We got a regular sized vanilla with strawberry and a large chocolate with peanut butter. Both rated good, but the vanilla with strawberry was great. The kids loved it. The total price was $11.91. It seems to be on the higher priced side, but after researching, it is probably middle of the road.

First thing is there’s no inside seating area, I don’t mind but that might not be your thing. I got a few custards with my family, and everyone enjoyed their dish and had no complaints. The custard is very rich.

Customer service is usually very nice! Love the ice cream. Chocolate flavor is one of our favorites cause it's not super sweet like others.

The frozen custard at Andy's is very delicious and the warm Pecan toppings are my favorite. The drive-thru was prompt & the staff was pleasant. I recommend them for a nice treat!

Been wanting to try this place for years!!! Finally got around to trying it and now I'm hooked!!! I love malts, so I tried the double double chocolate malt...It was sooooooo good!!! The employees are always so friendly too!!! Shout out to them for their amazing customer service!!! I'll definitely be back with the family!!! Awesome job team!!!

Love this place! They make their custard fresh and you can watch it from the window! Their concrete’s are DQ’s version of a blizzard, but much better because you design your own! You also don’t have to worry about them skimping on toppings. I actually had to order half toppings the second time I went and it was perfect. Be aware that you don’t order at the menu, I sat there for about 5 minutes waiting for someone to speak to me and then finally noticed the sign saying order at Windows.

Would you like some ice cream? This is where you will find the best, even in the middle of winter.

Stopped in on this hot day, ordered a small concrete with pineapple. It was really good, but was barely able to finish it. Lots of choices here, a fun place to go.

Their Frozen Custard is really good. I like the Raspberry shakes and the strawberry shortcake.

First went to an Andy's in bolingbrook, recently discovered this location closer to home. First thing I noticed was the price, used to get a small cup for less than $4, now its 6+. (yeah yeah inflation, i know) But the custard was as good as it was. Definitely will be a regular here.

Quick service of decadent custard confections. Pleasant server at 11 pm and no shortage of product at that time of night. Relatively well lit lot and area.

I am very impressed by this place. It was my first time there, and the custard was amazing as well as the customer service. I have food allergies and they made sure that they made my order special and cleaned everything before I got it. They even had the person who made it give it to me so that it wasn't cross contaminated. That is so awesome, I have never had that kind of experience with food allergies. Definitely will be going back for more.

The concrete and sundaes are delicious. 5 stars to the staff as well! They are always friendly and genuinely seem happy to be there. They are one of the quickest drive thrus as well and always get our order right!

Took the fam for dessert on Sat. No wait and fast service. I ordered the James Brownie sundae which was really good(and really filling!). We also liked the hot fudge sundae. Definitely high quality ingredients. Will come back and try out some others treats on the menu.

It’s like as soon as I pay, I look away from the window to put my card back in my wallet, then I look back and they made it already! Mind blown! This place can perfect any flavor and combo and still make it for you unbelievably fast.

Best frozen custard I have ever had! The staff is super fast and very friendly. I love that they give sample cones for free and kid portions for any sundae. Their concretes are to die for!!!
