I came in to explore the prices and devices. I was greeted by Jackie with an excellent welcoming. She was very precise about the promotions and prices of the plan even when there was a lot going on at once she held her cool and gave amazing customer service. I left feeling great and would definitely recommend you ask for Jackie.

I had my best experience with customer service at this location. JACKIE is awesome. She was very patient. She took her time with me and explained my bill and charges as well and thoroughly explaining the differences in the various samsung phones. I will drive to Kernersville before I go back to the Greensboro location, mainly because of how good the customer service experience I received.

I'm sharing my incredible experience with the customer service team members Rocky and Bash. They were so friendly and genuinely cared about helping me and every customer. I received sublime care; it was my best experience at a T-Mobile store. Rocky went above and beyond to ensure I received the best possible promotion and service price. I was thoroughly happy with the service I received. It's so refreshing to come across such wonderful human beings like Rocky and Bash. I can't thank them enough for their assistance. Rocky and Bash make this T-Mobile store the best in the triad. Rocky and Bash deserve a raise and promotion; they are both incredible assets to the T-Mobile company. Sadly, Rocky mentioned he was leaving the T-Mobile company despite it being his dream job; T-Mobile should do whatever it takes to keep Rocky as their employee since he truly makes the company shine, and great workers are what makes an outstanding business.

My experience at the store was amazing!!!! Fast! Courteous! Knowledgeable! Efficient and just overall great!!! Bash is truly a great asset and made my visit a wonderful one!!!

I had a great experience at this location!! Jackie was the associate that was so kind to take the time to walk me through the different promotions and upgrades and explain pricing and overall made the experience stress free and it was so simple!! Would recommend this store.

My husband and I went in to the Kernersville Store and Ty helped us get our phone plan updated, 2 phone upgrades and we decided to use the home internet. Ty was great, he was so patient and understanding and took his time getting all the information transferred from our old phones to our new phones.

Jackie did an excellent job helping me out. She took her time to explain the difference between the devices and the promotions. I definetly recommend you ask for Jackie.

My experience at this T-Mobile store this week was exceptional. Patrick helped me with the complete process of changing over from another carrier and I couldn't be happier. He really was very informative and looked at every possible discount for my new account. There was no pressure what so ever. He answered and explained all my questions to my understanding. Will definitely use this store in the future.

Jackie worked with us and I can’t say enough good things about her! She was Efficient and patient while trying to switch over 7 lines! Made our experience great!

The staff (Bash, Nick, & Julie) in the in this store was absolutely amazing. They were able to solve my problem with a SIM card in a trail camera I bought elsewhere. They went out of their way to assist me in getting this camera operational even though it did NOT require their SIM card. They are truly ROCKSTARS IN THIS STORE. THANK YOU GUYS AGAIN SO MUCH FOR YOUR ASSISTANCE.

I cams to the store needing some help with my account and Jackie was able to resolve my issue and help me out even though it wasn't a sale. She never rushed me or made me feel like my service didn't matter.i definitely recommend Jackie. She's a sweetheart who take her time with the elderly.

I started with Bash, who was amazing. I had to come back another day and rep Jackie assisted me. She also was amazing. It’s hard to find good customer service today, but Jackie made me feel comfortable and was very helpful. I was so satisfied I had to hug her. Thanks Jackie. 5 stars at least 😀

The best T Mobile in the area and surrounding areas ! These people ( Julie, Jackie, Jon, Makayla) really treat you like family not a customer. And that's how it should be when you're spending your money. I didn't feel any pressure or felt like my transaction was rushed. They answered every single question about any product and was very knowledgeable about their phones which isn't often when I go to a phone store. They worked long and hard to resolve my phone issue which was caused by another store. They were very accommodating. Always have smiles on their faces and can multitask helping other customers as well. The reason I'm deciding to stay with T Mobile is only because this store showed me so much hospitality and extra ordinary customer service. Every T Mobile store definitely needs to operate like this! Take notes other stores!

My parents went to T-Mobile this afternoon after work and received great customer service from Sebastian, he was friendly and informative. They explained to me that while they were there, a different associate was rude to him while he was assisting them. My parents let me know that the way she spoke to him was un acceptable and hope something is done about it. Sebastian is a great associated and should be treated as such.
